Super endroit, très belle vue, très calme

Het personeel zeer onvriendelijk en duidelijk geen zin om te werken. Alsook de matrassen zijn duidelijk versleten ik lag precies in een gat.

Pros:

Chambre très confortable , situation splendide, vue sur le lac , grand calme, petit déjeuner complet chaud et froid, sucré/salé excellent, avec des produits de qualité. Ambiance générale et déco des communs très agréable.

Cons:

Relative froideur du personnel en général, on dirait qu'ils ne s'épanouissent pas dans leur travail.
Ils font néanmoins leur devoir mais sans sourire ni enthousiasme, c'est dommage.

Hôtel bien situé et agréable dans l'ensemble, petit déjeuner très bien. Literie très confortable

Cons:

un peu désappointés.... ayant déjà séjourné à cet hôtel, nous pensions avoir réservé une chambre plus spacieuse et mieux exposée. Nous avons effectivement profité d'un petit balcon mais situé au Nord et donc ne recevant jamais le soleil.
Le rapport qualité-prix ne nous a pas paru très positif cette fois-ci.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön, aber auch sehr abgelegen - für einen Erholungsurlaub in Ruhe ideal. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung und sind im Preis inbegriffen. Das Ambiente war sehr schön stimmig und zog sich durch alle Bereiche des Hotels. Das Frühstück bot eine gute Auswahl und wurde frisch zubereitet, uns hat es geschmeckt. Es gibt die Möglichkeit, Fahrräder für 29€/Tag zu leihen.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat von außen einen wirklich sehr schönen Eindruck gemacht und sieht toll aus, leider zeigte sich im Inneren ein eher ungepflegter Zustand. Nicht nur im Zimmer, auch in anderen Bereichen des Hotels findet man Staub, verschmutzte Teppiche, sehr schmutzige Fenster und es wird nicht überall regelmäßig drüber gewischt (z.B. klebrige Flecken auf dem Tisch, Wasserflecken am Eimer im WC, Essenskrümel auf den Sitzmöglichkeiten im Restaurant). Die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers haben wir uns gar nicht getraut, anzufassen. Im unserem Bad gab es zudem eine Ecke, die sehr verkalkt war und schon Schimmelspuren zeigte. Wir wollten auch gerne zu Abend dort essen. Allerdings warteten wir 30 Minuten und wurden noch nicht einmal nach einem Getränkewunsch gefragt. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass das Personal überfordert und überlastet war, teilweise holten sich die Gäste selbst die Getränke und Speisekarten. Wir sind dann gegangen und in die nächst gelegene Stadt gefahren, um noch irgendetwas zu essen zu bekommen (21 Uhr ist das gar nicht so einfach). Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel, mit entsprechendem Preis ist das absolut inakzeptabel.

Kamer op begane grond met uitzicht en terras, ligging van het hotel.

Cons:

Wat vlekken in tapijt, bij et ontbijt was steeds veel op, weinig personeel om bij te vullen, volgens mij 1 personeel. Dat kun je haar niet kwalijk nemen.

Pros:

Prachtige ligging aan het Veerse meer om te fietsen in de wijde omgeving.

Cons:

Er mochten meer wandelroutes zijn in de buurt indien mogelijk. Ontbijt is voortreffelijk. De lunch en diner keuken mag iets meer hebben.
