Pros:

Emplacement est super beau, calme, dépaysant, vraiment très bien. La qualité du restaurant était moyenne et l'attente pour manger était longue. Personnel de service : que des étudiants qui ne comprenait pas très bien ce que je voulais. C'est pas terrible pour un 4 étoiles.

Cons:

Le personnel du restaurant s'obstine à parler anglais alors je je souhaitais parler néerlandais

Het hotel en de locatie is prima

Cons:

Het restaurant is matig en waarschijnlijk onderbezet...
Bij diner na bestelling duurde het een half uur tot we onze drankjes kregen , dan na een half uur ons bestek en na nog een half uur eindelijk ons diner , goed maar wel met koude patat....
Ontbijt waren sommige warme gerechten ook koud....

Einmal und nie wieder.

Die Lage.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber, die Innentüren voller Fettflecken,der Fön klebrig und der Teppich war fleckig.
Das Abendessen war organisatorisch von dem Bestellvorgang bis zu der Auslieferung der Speisen katastrophal.
Viele junge Angestellte, dagegen spricht ja nichts, aber da wußte der eine nicht was der andere macht. Kein Manager der sich kümmert, eigentlich sehr schade das man das junge Personal da nicht unterstützt.

Met die tarieven bespaar je toch niet op personeel zeg !
Pros:

Dit is een toplocatie voor wie bv met het vliegtuig komt. Mooi gebouw en schitterende omgeving.

Cons:

Met die stevige prijs, stel je natuurlijk verwachtingen. En dat viel tegen. Hoewel het personeel vriendelijk en van goed wil is, lijkt het toch op een rommeltje. Onderbemand, geen tijd om tafels op te ruimen, overvolle toog met afwas, bestellingen lopen fout, computerontvangst aan receptie, onkruid op de terrassen, ... Ik zou zelf beginnen opletten voor ratten. Komaan zeg, met die kamerprijzen moet je toch voldoende professioneel personeel kunnen inschakelen. Dit lijk twel het scoutsteam van Veere. Ze doen hun best maar het is niet op niveau.

Value for money, kitchen need reorganisation though

Cons:

The kitchen wasn’t organised at all. Waiting time to place your order and longer waiting time to receive your meal, was just way too long!
The second night they gave me an extra starter for free as an apology. The third night I also heard other guests complaining.
If the restaurant would have been fully booked, one would understand, but it was less than half empty the last 2 nights.
The staff understood our complaint, it was the kitchen that sorted the issue. The quality of the food was good.

Bien pour les chambres et surtout ne pas manger sur place
Pros:

Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une vue côté mer de toute beauté

Cons:

Le service bar et restaurant à fuir.
Très long pour être servit et encore quand les plats arrivent

Heerlijk relaxt en rustig

Eenvoudig maar eerlijk ontbijt ,goed rekening gehouden met milieuHeerlijk Zeeuws brood ,vers fruit ,yogurtsoorten ,goede koffie en uitermate vriendelijk attent personeel
