Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Essen; besonders hervorheben möchte ich den - ohne dass wir den Geburtstag meiner Tochter extra erwähnt hatten - liebevoll gedeckten Tisch, den Kuchen, Sekt etc am Geburtstagsmorgen sowie Özge vom Wellnessbereich, die sich während und auch nach der Anwendung sehr fürsorglich um mich als ältere Dame gekümmert hat.

Cons:

Ausgerechnet am Geburtstag hatte meine Tochter ein Dessert bestellt, das Gluten enthielt. Anstatt sich jedoch bei ihr zu erkundigen, ob es trotzdem in Ordnung sei oder ob sie stattdessen das andere Dessert möchte, hat er ungefragt einfach das Sorbet serviert.

Fantastic Food and especially the dinner. Overall a great place to relax for a few days.

Also to mention is the great staff they have.

Cons:

Complain on a high level, but the water temperature was different on some days and overall could maybe 2 degrees warmer.

Also we had two rooms and only one had a tee making facility. Should be at least equal.

An excellent break from everyday hassel.
Pros:

It had a lot to offer. The property offered hiking trips and the spa area was exceptionally good.

Pros:

Perfect situation and very quiet. The staff was very helpful and nice with us.

Cons:

The decoration of the room was not very sustainable and the room in front of the parking area was not very nice.
We regret to not have a table when we ask in the terrace even if we stay 3 nights.
Many misunderstanding things, they ask to check out one day before and they present themselves apologies.
But the people was very nice and polite.

Bel établissement au cœur de la montagne.
Pros:

Très bonne localisation, chalet isolé au cœur du Tyrol, établissement tenu par la même famille depuis plusieurs générations. Très bonne cuisine le soir, goûter l’après-midi, délicieuses crêpes faites maison avec confitures maison aussi.

Cons:

Le staff était très sympa avec les personnes qui parlaient allemand. Nous nous sommes sentis un peu à l’écart, mais pas de quoi gâcher le séjour.
