On 04/04/26 When we arrived at the hotel, the parking barrier was up, however we parked outside the parking area, and thought to ask first. There were boards around, informing about paying online, however we did not know whether this applied to hotel parking or not. We went to the reception to check in and enquire about how we pay for parking. The gentleman who checked us in, informed us that the parking would automatically be consolidated at the end of our stay on check out. Thus, we thought, just like other hotels we have stayed in, we would be automatically charged at the end of of our stay on checking out. He advised us to move our car from outside to inside the parking area, and we did so. In the morning we drove out and came back at around 5pm and we were puzzled as to how we would pay as the barrier was still up and we did not see the camera by the barrier, so we decided to ask at the reception again, how the whole process works. We were met by a lady named Jamelee? Or Jamlyn? Not sure of the spelling. She was abrupt with us. We explained what the gentleman had said the previous night, however she argued that her staff would never say that. We challenged her that, as she was not there, she cannot vouch for what her staff informed us. She was adamant that her staff would never tell us such information. She added that the parking area is private and has nothing to do with the hotel. We informed her that this had not been made clear to us, the guy stated that it would be automatically consolidated at the end of our stay. We asked about the staff that were working the previous night, as the guy who checked us in was of Asian descent, she appeared confused, saying that there were only two Asian guys who work there. She informed us that she would find out what happened last night, however we informed her that nothing of significance had happened, all we need was to clarify what the guy had said to us.

Some of the staff in the restaurant came across very rude at times. For a 5 star hotel shouldn’t be met with that sort of reception. Everything we said felt like we were getting snappy answers back. Didn’t give us the experience we were hoping for.

Prices of treatments got offer thro website which made it more affordable but wasn’t easy to book for two of us together thro website

Room was noisy due to being so close to lift and people coming out during night

De kwaliteit in de restaurants was iets minder

Not enough choice of vegetarian vegan food room in room service menu

The kitchen I paid for in the hotel room did not having working access, I asked the staff 3 times twice in the day then the next morning for 2 bowls & spoons for the rooms which did not arrive!
Then when I left I ordered no room service yet they tried to give me an £80 bill which I contested..
For the price it really isn’t worth it the Harbour 6 restaurant was nice until the local man dem turned up in the lounge area sure there was a DJ but it became real Chavey quick!

For the price I would not stay again

There weren't enough sun beds in the pool area as one family claimed all 8, there was no where we could lie down. You cannot use the oven or hob in the studio so don't plan on cooking in which is something we did consider doing beforehand.
