Important information:

When booking more than 5 rooms, a nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit requested is 50% of the total stay, the balance payment is required 28 days prior to arrival.

Any rates which include breakfast will consist of continental breakfast.

Parking is charged at £13.75 per vehicle, per night - otherwise 3 hours free parking.

Please note that an additional charge of EUR 25 per hour will apply for late check-out. All requests for late check-out are subject to confirmation by the property.

Cons:

I didnt like that you had to book the spa and that I wasn’t even aware that you had to book it? So could t use the spa at all due to being fully booked during my stay. Also mini bar fridge wasn’t cold the bed was two singles put together not what I asked for .

Stay was very disappointing due to heating problems

Very good

Cons:

Very cold room, restaurant and in general not pleasant due to heating and electrical problems. Mobile electric radiators did not work as circuits had tripped. No compensation offered

Nice hotel , comfy beds in a great location but not 5 star
Pros:

Comfy bed , marina views . Lovely bathroom. Good location in ocean village

Cons:

Wasn’t 5 star service ….asked us if we’d like ice and lemon for our gin, which we did, but never arrived . Cost of coffees / teas in the bar …6 coffees 2 teas £50.
Room had a waste pipe embedded in the wall so constant gurgling .
