Important information:

When booking more than 5 rooms, a nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit requested is 50% of the total stay, the balance payment is required 28 days prior to arrival.

Any rates which include breakfast will consist of continental breakfast.

Parking is charged at £13.75 per vehicle, per night - otherwise 3 hours free parking.

Please note that an additional charge of EUR 25 per hour will apply for late check-out. All requests for late check-out are subject to confirmation by the property.

Pros:

Clean and comfortable, worth a stay and definitely worth booking the resteraunt, we prefer downstairs in the Jetty for dinner but upstairs good fun and lovely views.

Cons:

It’s a little out of the town but still plenty of places to see around the harbour.

Worth the experience, but could have been better
Pros:

The location was superb, literally in the middle of the harbour, with bars and restaurants only a short walk away

All the staff were friendly and welcoming

Cons:

The Spa pool area was very noisy with kids jumping in and out of the pool on one day, was alright on the second day with no kids

Car parking is an additional charge and no guarantee of getting a space. Book in advance through the website/app

The roof terrace HarBar was very busy with birthdays and Hen do's. The Jetty was much nicer but on the first day we were served drinks at the table, the second day we had to go to the bar and get the drinks ourselves but still charged a service charge for no service!

Pros:

Excellent welcome, safety advice and offer of assistance for my wife with mobility problems
Arranged closer parking space

Cons:

Lounge bar bit noisy for our light dinner but hey we are 67 and 70 so it's not our first rodeo
