Important information:

When booking more than 5 rooms, a nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit requested is 50% of the total stay, the balance payment is required 28 days prior to arrival.

Any rates which include breakfast will consist of continental breakfast.

Parking is charged at £13.75 per vehicle, per night - otherwise 3 hours free parking.

Please note that an additional charge of EUR 25 per hour will apply for late check-out. All requests for late check-out are subject to confirmation by the property.

There was no hot water one day and our room wasn't cleaned. The meals at the restaurant weren't that great. I expected more for the price of the accommodation

Pros:

The hotel was lovely! Lovely clean room. We had a balcony. Also informed them on the booking thay it was our anniversary so there was a little card and cake which was a lovely touch. The pool/relaxing area was very relaxing.

Cons:

We booked dinner at the Harbour Bar 6th floor and was a very busy night. Good buzzing atmosphere.
Hubby found his dinner lovely, my dinner was the burger and was very sloppy , almost like had been sat there a while.

Breakfast, I thought was quite pricey for what it is. Had continental and cooked for £22 and then added service charge of £5. So nearly £50 for 2 of us. The bacon was hard an rubbery and we felt very rushed.

Cons:

Very poor service at check-in. Unable to unload bags and check in without being charged for parking. Not only were they understaffed but when the staff eventually got round to dealing with me. There were unhelpful and argumentative. Corporate greed and rip-off Britain at every turn.

Very pleasant staff, good spa, very nice comfortable room,

Cons:

Thought the Harbar dining room could have been better for a 5 star hotel, table cloth would have been nice, nicer not to have had music playing, food good but not exceptional
