Important information:

When booking more than 5 rooms, a nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit requested is 50% of the total stay, the balance payment is required 28 days prior to arrival.

Any rates which include breakfast will consist of continental breakfast.

Parking is charged at £13.75 per vehicle, per night - otherwise 3 hours free parking.

Please note that an additional charge of EUR 25 per hour will apply for late check-out. All requests for late check-out are subject to confirmation by the property.

Nice to have welcome gin - would have been nice to have tonic included

Especially the on suit.
Staff great and reception.

Cons:

Cooked breakfast good but grave concerns of buffet food served on on bar un- refrigerated. Cheese and ham 'curling up' at edges - yoghurts/fruit juices unrefrigerated for a long time. Definitely h&s issue!
Service charge added? Partly self service?

Bathroom could benefit from 'grab' rail for shower in bath.

Pros:

The staff (looking at you Vita) were super friendly and really helpful, when our parking changed they were very supportive and helpful of my endless questions, I’ll definitely look to stay again next time I’m in Southampton, especially for the price!

Cons:

It’s was all great, maybe the food was a little expensive in their restaurant, but it was good and a 5* hotel so I expect this really
