Wir hatten Hochzeitstag & wurden mit Sekt überrascht , das Zimmer war auch perfekt !
Personal extrem nett & hilfsbereit !
Frühstück top. Spa sehr schön & das Restaurant war auch sehr gut .
Top Lage wenn man eine Kreuzfahrt macht , viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe .

A pit stop on the way to a cruise that was everything I needed after a hard day’s travel.
Pros:

I wasn’t there very long but after a hard day’s travel, arriving to my room was a treat. The view of the harbor, the modern shower, and the comfy bed were just what I needed. I capped it all by having dinner at The Jetty. It was perfection. They even accommodated my request for a dessert to go. Staff at the restaurant were attentive but not obtrusive. Five stars for the property!

Cons:

I wish I had planned a longer stay!

Nice to have a family get together
Pros:

On the marina

Cons:

Tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom in a cupboard which I had to then move and put in the room either next to the bed or under the tv.
Did not like the fact there was a decanter of gin in the room, I would question what may have been added to it, after all it looked like water and perhaps it should have been a sealed item along with the beers in the mini fridge for hygiene and safety purposes.
Lifts are exceptionally slow.
Food came out slow, so some meals were cold.
Lack of communication from staff.

Amazing stay ,attentive staff but some cosmetic age related issues just need tweaking
Pros:

Speedy check in despite Southampton FC arriving at the same time ,I was unwell on arrival and staff couldn’t do enough for me in the HarBar getting honey to go in my fruit tea and then checking back in on me at dinner to see if I felt better
Staff so attentive you feel you are really being looked after more so in HarBar than reception although they were friendly.
Everywhere was clean and tidy and smelt amazing all the time

Cons:

Although we loved the stay, the room let it down ever so slightly
We had a big red stain on the carpet
The door in the bathroom has some water damage and it just painted
Some broken tiles etc
The sink was draining very slowly
There was complimentary gin on the table but we aren’t drinkers so a soft option would have been welcomed
