Pros:

Great location and beautiful hotel. The spa facilities were a little smaller than I had hoped. Room was a great size and bed was comfortable however we personally struggled with the pillows which effected our sleep, wayyy to soft. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the Har Bar, food was lovely but it felt like a nightclub up there, way too loud for us personally, we couldn't have a conversation over our meal as was too loud.

Make sure you book a room that is accessible by elevator and has a view, then it‘s a good - but expensive - hotel.
Pros:

Nice location at the marina

Cons:

It said „room on the 4th floor“, but then you had to walk up a steep, small staircase to a small room facing another house wall on the 5th floor. No communication from the lobby, dragged up our luggage.

Inadeguato. Non è un vero 5 stelle..

Cons:

- Pulizia spazi comuni inadeguata
- Odore di cibo in ogni angolo dell’hotel (aerazione scadente )
- servizio non adeguato (ho chiamato 3 volte per aver del ghiaccio e alla fine sono dovuto scendere a prenderlo io..)
- parcheggio: non realmente esistente. L’hotel non ha un suo parcheggio , ma bisogna pagare un parcheggio terzo li vicino (40 sterline, due giorni..)

Ligging en het comfortabele bed.

Cons:

Personeel aan de receptie was niet vriendelijk en kregen helemaal geen uitleg over het hotel. Een trap naar boven met de bagage was ook niet ideaal.

Expensive, try hard (and failing) and overly disappointing.
Pros:

Good location. Nice rooms but not as good as other Harbour hotels.

Cons:

It’s a hotel where they are more interested in the clients in restaurants and corporate bookings. While some staff were lovely, the others were either indifferent or just rude.
