Nikos Villas

I loved the location of the property and the relaxing pool area. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were always welcoming. The owners, Pipina and her husband Nikos, were amazing—so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for anyone who doesn’t want to be in a loud environment, as it’s a nice, quiet place to relax.

Wszystko super, polecamy serdecznie na pobyt wypoczynkowy. Do Kavos ok 40 min spaceru ale w pobliżu są wypożyczalnie. Bardzo miła i serdeczna właścicielka.

I liked everything, the rooms match the photos, delicious food at the bar, a nice pool and friendly hosts ♥️ The beach is close (5 minutes from the hotel), where you can watch the sunset 🥰
Close to the center, 30 minutes walk, not far from the port (about 20 minutes walk), from where you can go to any point on the island 🏝️ We really liked everything, we will miss you ♥️ 🇬🇷

Il nikos villas è un posto eccezionale per trascorrere le vacanze... stanze fresche, pulite piscina 🔝 a 1 minuto trovate un piccolo porticciolo da dove partono escursioni per le piccole isole intorno a Corfù.
Debby la ragazza dell'hotel veramente eccezionale. Ci ha fatto sentire a casa in famiglia aiutato nelle escursioni, dove poter mangiare, spiagge da visitare ecc...
Consiglio il nikos villas anche per la pace che si trova lontano dal caos ma allo stesso tempo posto strategico per arrivare dappertutto e divertirsi...

Our stay at this Nikos Villas holiday retreat was magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt embraced by the charm of this little paradise, the warm welcome made us feel instantly at home. Surrounded by nature the atmosphere was pure tranquility. Each morning we woke up to golden sunrises and delicious homemade breakfasts that felt crafted with love. Every detail, from the cozy rooms very clean and comfortable to the thoughtful touches from our hosts Debita and Niko made the experience unforgettable. This is a place where time slows down, and joy fills every moment. We can’t recommend it highly enough a true haven for anyone seeking peace, beauty, and heartfelt hospitality.

The swimming pool was awesome, especially for young children with half of it being below 1 metre. The hosts were incredible and could not have been more helpful!

Absolutely nothing. There was not a single aspect of my stay that met even minimal expectations. From the facilities to the staff, everything was deeply disappointing and unacceptable.

The hosts were very helpful and always attentive to our needs. The room was perfect with everything we needed!

The room was lovely modern and clean with Aircon included in the price, beds were comfy, the balcony was spacious and the scenery was awesome. The family who run it were welcoming and friendly. Nice bar with seating area and the pool close by which was well maintained. I was on my own at the property and felt quite safe there, the beach is just a short walk from the hotel and there is a shop just 10mins away for your basics. I would highly recommend this place if your just looking for some relaxation it was quiet at the time I stayed which was good for me and I would stay here again
