Pros:

Honestly nothing bad to say, we’ve stayed multiple places on our trip, and this was by far the best place.

The highlight of this hotel is the amazing view on the lake and the very professional staff working there.

Un hôtel de qualité
Pros:

L'accueil a été très gentil et professionnel. L'hôtel est idéalement situé très près du centre ville. Les chambres donnent sur le lac, la vue est splendide. Le restaurant est bon pour un prix très raisonnable, le buffet du petit déjeuner vaut vraiment le détour! La piscine sur le toit est très agréable.
Un hôtel porche des standards européens.

Pros:

Beautiful views over Kandy, both from our room and the pool - the rooftop pool was a particular highlight. Room felt modern and spacious.

Great location - walking distance to Kandy itself and the temple of the tooth, or a short TukTuk ride

Pros:

Great location with a fantastic view over the lake and temple of the tooth. Rooftop pool was stunning, rooms clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Everything was great, just be aware it is up a hill, only a short walk and easy enough if you’re fit. Pool could have benefitted with some parasols as there was no shade.

Excellent location, breathtaking view of the city / lake from the hotel room.
Pros:

Excellent location, just a short walk to the city, Sri Dalada Maligawa, and most of the key attractions.

The biggest highlight is undoubtedly the breathtaking view from the hotel room balconies, the upper-floor restaurant, and the rooftop swimming pool. From these vantage points, you get a stunning bird’s-eye view of the city, the temple, and the lake.

Service was commendable.
The staff were very accommodating, taking time to ensure everything was in order, which made the stay feel personal and attentive. We opted for full board – while the meal spread was somewhat limited, the food was tasty and satisfying. We booked two rooms, both of which were spacious, with the triple room being especially generous in size.

A few minor points to note:

Music from the restaurant opposite (part of the same group) can be heard until late at night. However, since the playlist matched our taste, it didn’t bother us.

Rooms were clean and well-equipped with all necessary amenities.

Parking is somewhat limited, particularly for larger SUVs, though still manageable.

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, with the views and service making it truly memorable.

Très bel hôtel en hauteur du lac
Pros:

Superbe vue sur le lac (juste à côté d’un pont de vue panoramique très prisée). Cette chambre est grande, équipée et propre. Pas loin du centre (à pied comme en voiture). Le petit déjeuner est variée et copieux. Le personnel a toujours été très agréable.

Cons:

Les fenêtres du balcon sont mal insonorisées.

Unpleasant and noisy hotel.
Pros:

The view was great from level 3 room 403 was great.

Cons:

The room for three adults provided a child short bed for the third adult. We requested it be changed. Nothing happened. The second night a child’s birthday party was booked above our room in the restaurant from about 3pm till 6pm Seven boys chased a balloon and ran around like elephants. We rang reception nothing happened. The family function went until 11pm the chairs dragged until late while they set up for breakfast.
Spoke to the manager. Asked for one night refund as it was not a restful stay. They offered us dinner at the function or move rooms. We did not want to spend an hour changing rooms so went out for the night.
They could not resolve any problems satisfactory. It was a very unpleasant and unrestful stay.
