Très bel hôtel en hauteur du lac
Pros:

Superbe vue sur le lac (juste à côté d’un pont de vue panoramique très prisée). Cette chambre est grande, équipée et propre. Pas loin du centre (à pied comme en voiture). Le petit déjeuner est variée et copieux. Le personnel a toujours été très agréable.

Cons:

Les fenêtres du balcon sont mal insonorisées.

Unpleasant and noisy hotel.
Pros:

The view was great from level 3 room 403 was great.

Cons:

The room for three adults provided a child short bed for the third adult. We requested it be changed. Nothing happened. The second night a child’s birthday party was booked above our room in the restaurant from about 3pm till 6pm Seven boys chased a balloon and ran around like elephants. We rang reception nothing happened. The family function went until 11pm the chairs dragged until late while they set up for breakfast.
Spoke to the manager. Asked for one night refund as it was not a restful stay. They offered us dinner at the function or move rooms. We did not want to spend an hour changing rooms so went out for the night.
They could not resolve any problems satisfactory. It was a very unpleasant and unrestful stay.

Great view of Kandy Lake from comfortable hotel
Pros:

We had a massive room with an excellent view overlooking the lake at the centre of Kandy. There was a good swimming pool on the roof, and a good breakfast. We had a short tuk tuk ride down the hill to the historic centre of Kandy. Helpful staff, good atmosphere.

Cons:

It is very close to the centre of the city but up a windy road up on a hill, with no pavements. We like walking but we did get tuk tuks from and back to the hotel.

Pros:

Aussicht, auf den Lake Affen auf dem Balkon, grosses Zimmer, Dusche, Pool super.

Cons:

Minibar war nicht bedtückt(2 Getränke), Frühstück ohne frische Säfte und wenig Früchte, Flecken auf Laken und Handtücher, beim 2 Tag wenige Handtücher gebracht, Keine normalen Steckdosen.

Vistas relajantes
Pros:

Las vistas desde la habitación impresionantes y el tamaño de la misma. La piscina en la azotea para darse un baño al atardecer viendo la puesta de sol.
El personal muy amable, un zumo en la llegada y nos regalaron una cajita de té al marchar

Cons:

Al estar debajo del restaurante a la noche para dormir mucho ruido de movimiento de sillas y mesas.

Pros:

La piscine et la vue depuis le rooftop sont top.

Cons:

La literie n'est pas dingue et en plus notre chambre sentaient très mauvais, sans doute mes canalisations. Ce qui a gâché notre premiere nuit.
Lorsque nous en avons parlé à l'accueil pour trouver une solution (changement de chambre par exemple) ils n'en n'ont rien fait et ont posé des pastilles bleue (celles qu'on utilise pour les urinoirs) un peu partout dans la salle de bain. Ce qui a eu pour résultat que l'ensemble de la chambre sente les toilettes de festival..ce qui a gâché notre seconde nuit.
Précision : les singes se baladent facilement sur la façade et entrent dans les chambres par le balcon, l'hôtel insiste donc pour ne pas laisser les fenêtres ouvertes lorsqu'on dort ou ne sommes pas présent, ce qui a limité notre marge de manœuvre.
Très déçu, bien dommage.

Good location, tired hotel, very noisy
Pros:

The pool was nice, had a nice view as did the room. The location was great.

Cons:

Each morning there was loud music practice - from 6.30am!
The place was clean, but very tired. The sheets on the bed were thread bear, with tears in them. My friend's room, the safe didnt work.

Pros:

Absolutely lovely view overlooking the lake and temple

Cons:

Fresh omelette made to order was very good , however location of dining room was in a banquets room with only about 6 tables .
However didn't retract from our stay

Würden auf Grund der Lage wieder hinfahren, mehr aber nicht.
Pros:

Super Lage. In der Nähe des besten Aussichtspunkts über Kandy.

Cons:

Liebloses Personal im Restaurant. Für Natural Wasser musste man bezahlen🙁
