Kariem an der Rezeption war der Allerbeste.... immer nett, hilfsbereit, geduldig, nie genervt oder gab pampige Antworten....ein toller Mitarbeiter, seit über 10 Jahren. Das Hotel kann sich glücklich schätzen so einen tollen, zuverlässigen Mitarbeiter zu haben !!!!
Der Strahl der Dusche war super, das Toilettenpapier, die Matratze war gut und die gegrillten Shrimps und die Pasta mit Minigarnelen, im Restaurant/Cafe waren weltklasse....das war's aber auch schon :(((

Cons:

Der Rest...die Suite hatte nur Name mit Quadratmetern was gemeinsam, Stühle die beim anschauen schon fast auseinander fielen, Klima ging nicht richtig, TV gar nicht, der Kofferboy gab sein Bestes, aber nichts funktionierte und er ging achselzuckend mit "No working". Das Bad war der Kracher, 2x1,5m groß, richtig, wenn man auf der Toilette saß, hatte man das Türblatt zwischen den Knien, vor das Waschbecken konnte man sich gar nicht stellen, weil, nur 10cm Platz bis zur Toilette, Wasserhahn drehte sich immer mit und spritzte überall hin nur nicht dahin wo er sollte, weil er keinen Perlator hatte, das ganze Ding machte den Anschein, als ob man ihn bei jedem mal benutzen gleich in der Hand hätte. Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück unbeholfen, faul und unfreundlich !! Das Frühstück selbst unter aller Kanone, egal wann...fast immer leer, kein Toast (nur auf Anfrage und dann auch widerwillig) Toaster ging selten oder nie, kein frisches Obst oder mal Joghurt, Saft immer leer und nur Pappbecher+Plastikgeschirr (selten richtiges Besteck) ein "NO GO"!!!! Der Dachpool dreckig, eine Poolbar, die mal wohl mal eine war, aber zugemüllt und dreckig war, es gab keine Toiletten, die Sonnenliegen waren gut, das war's. Aber am schlimmsten war die 10-spurige Fahrbahn, die vorm Haus lang lief...sollte man in der Beschreibung unbedingt erwähnen !!!! Ich war jetzt das 18. oder 19. mal in Ägypten, aber das war mit Abstand das schlimmste Hotel. Ich bin nicht wählerisch und normal findet man immer was beim Frühstück, aber hier nicht wirklich und was die "Suite" anging.....es darf einfach, älter und auch einbischen abgewohnt sein, ich weiß in was für ein Land ich reise, aber die Bilder im Internet entsprechen nicht der Wahrheit.....so sah es vielleicht vor 20 Jahren mal aus !!!!!

Pay attention. The hotel charges excessively high price Than what was indicated in booking.

Cons:

The hotel was not at all transparent about the price. Booking shares the responsability in this regard. I was chargers more than than 25% of the initial price.
