Convenient location, clean.

Location is amazing. Room is very stylish and comfortable

Самое лучшее в отеле - расположение. Через дорогу Патрики и вся их инфраструктура.
В номерах на последнем (6м) этаже очень маленькие окна. В номерах категории Делюкс есть балкон - совсем другая атмосфера.

Отношение персонала между расслабленным и фамильярным, что неожиданно для такого хорошего места.

Посоветую бронировать, но лишний раз на стойку ресепшн не обращаться.

Pluses: Good location, all the main attractions, businesses and restaurants are within walking distance.

Cons: Given Moscow is still very much in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic we were shocked that none of the staff were wearing any form of protection! There were simply no extra sanitary measures in place, in comparison to other western chains in Moscow. No masks, gloves, anything.

The hotel has no sound isolation whatsoever, and a couple of times we were woken up because groups of men were having conversations outside next to our door. Apparently this place is popular with wedding couples as a photoshoot spot. Still no masks or gloves involved there. The situation was so absurd that as my partner was returning back to the hotel, he was sprayed with champagne from the balcony.

The staff are simply not qualified to work in the hospitality business. No simple hellos or goodbyes from receptionists. Nothing along the lines of "How was your stay". There were always a bunch of people hanging around the lobby all the time. They certainly weren't guests. It felt at times more like a meeting place for mates rather than a professional hospitality establishment. It gives the impression that this was some sketchy business.

Also I was locked in the toilet because someone kept trying to force their way in, and the lock broke.

By all means this was a frustrating stay. I regret that we did not stay in our usual place, we wanted to try something new.

Уютный и чистый отель, очень удобное месторасположение, приветливый персонал, отличное состояние предметов интерьера, удобная кровать без лишних звуков. В номере достаточно тихо, несмотря на близость транспорта. Рекомендую этот отель!

Хорошее расположение отеля. Персонал вежлив. Быстрое заселение. Номер неплохой. Завтрак не брали, поэтому не могу ничего написать.

Our favorite hotel in Moscow.

Номер подуставший. Проблемы с горячей водой. Но при этом идеально тихий, кровать превосходная, есть халаты. Обещали проблему с водой исправить.

The staff were attentive and accomodating. Our cincerns were promptly addressed in a polite and professional manner.

I thought the property had a nice boutique look and feel. The concierge was very helpful. The elevators feel like your outside and open in the middle of the floors.

Сам отель хороший по дизайну и расположению, уютные номера, чисто и красиво внутри. Но обслуживание оставляет желать лучшего. Администратор при заселении ел бутерброд, горничная забрала еду из холодильника и деньги со стола, подумав что это оставили ей на "чай" за уборку. При продлении номера на сутки , взяли стоимость почти такую же как платили за 2е суток.

Great Boutique hotel, in perfect location close to trendiest neighbourhood Patriarchi Ponds in Moscow. Cozy, nice and trendy interior. nice staff

Hotel is relatively close to the Red Square, very clean. Our windows were facing the busy road, very loud, but they have aircon so you don’t need to keep it open at all the time.

This is a nice new hotel, the location is good and overall quality of the room is good as well, nothing fancy but still clean and nice. The elevators are somewhat slow and you still need to take stairs after you get to your floor, which makes it uncomfortable if you have heavy luggage. There were some issues with the Wifi during my stay, but I hope they will be fixed soon.

I was quite excited to try a new hotel in Moscow, especially one that looked pretty funky and good. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment every step of the way: useless check-in staff who asked me to wait an hour for my room to be ready, lift broken so had to go up 5 flights of uneven stairs, WiFi not working, ironing board never arrived and overall poor customer service. The staff without exception acted as if they couldn’t care less about their guests. The highlight was when reception hung up on me after I called to complain about not getting an iron/ironing board delivered to the room. I will never stay there again and I advise you not to. There are much better hotels at a similar price in the city.

Brand new hotel, very well located, very comfortable rooms. Only one minus which was the lack of a functioning elevator; as the building is new they are yet to get the elevator fully functional. However I was well warned about it by the reception staff so no worries there. Breakfast was enjoyable with attentive service and good choice of dishes 'a la carte'. This place has the potential of becoming a really great hotel and is has started well on this journey already. Many thanks for the great service in both the reception and the restaurant. Will certainly book again.
