Pros:

Empfang war sehr herzlich, Personal sehr höflich und freundlich, Frühstück sehr gut, Wellness Bereich mit Pool/Sauna/Dampfbad sehr angenehm und auch Zimmer + Balkon sehr sauber und gemütlich. Super Lage direkt neben Lift und auch sonst Lokale/Geschäfte gut zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Komme gerne wieder ;-)

Pros:

One of the best places I've ever visited! Room very clean and comfy with all necessary amenities, fantastic view and I loved flowers on the balcony! :) Additional plus for place to sit at the window, you don't see that often in Europe. :) Staff really amazing and helpful every time, I felt welcomed and not like another customer. Breakfast tasty with a lot of options, swimming pool nice and clean! Place where I definitely come back, hopefully very soon :)

Warm welcome in Zell
Pros:

I loved everything about this property, from the warm welcome by the hosts, Elisabeth explained everything for me to maximise the time. The room was comfortable with a modern bathroom. My room had a lovely balcony with lake views which was so relaxing to sit and enjoy.

The breakfast was plentiful and the service offered was warm and friendly. A nice pool and sauna area, a good way to unwind after a busy day sightseeing.

A great location too, walkable to all parts of town. I stayed in summer but would love to come back in winter given the ski lift proximity.
