Pros:

Everything was amazing room with lake view+ breakfast, also they provided a free machine coffee and some snacks..and the most important thing is the staff

Sehr nettes Personal, wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr nah am Zentrum und man konnte es zu Fuß leicht erreichen. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.
Was uns sehr gefallen hat war das Personal, alle super nett und zuvorkommend!

Pratique avec une voiture.
Pros:

Hôtel moderne bien situé à proximité du télécabine et du centre ville, accessible facilement en voiture ; grande chambre tout confort, grand lit confortable, salle de bain fonctionnelle ; petit déjeuner bon et très complet ; personnel efficace et aimable mais faisant plus penser à une résidence hôtelière .

Cons:

Les rideaux sont peu occultants: c’est clair à partir de 5h30 et grand soleil à 7h. Piscine moyenne , spa mal conçu et daté: solarium mal orienté, salle de repos borgne ,mitigeurs et douches entartrés, il faut demander à la réception pour mettre en service le sauna ou le hammam.

Frühstück hat noch potential.
Für uns waren die Matratzen eher zu hart….aber das ist sehr individuell

So far the best hotel we have stayed on our European road trip.
Pros:

Everything. Extremely friendly hospitable hosts, convenience to cable car, good restaurants and the best breakfast spread we had during our stay in Europe. The summer card inclusion is fantastic and makes the (relatively high) accommodation price worth it.

Cons:

Honestly I cannot fault this hotel.

Hotel waar je je echt gast voelt.
Pros:

Een hotel met een ziel. Het personeel doet er alles aan om het je volledig naar je zin te maken. Wij hadden bijvoorbeeld een kamer zonder balkon, terwijl we dat wel graag wilden. Dit werd direct geregeld.

Cons:

Eigenlijk is er niets dat ontbreekt. De dagen dat wij er waren was het echter extreem warm tot 35 graden, dan zou een airconditioning wel erg lekker zijn. Maar het hotel heeft wel gezorgd voor een ventilator.
