Great rooms and staff, but a bit hard to find
Pros:

The hotel was very nicely furnished and very clean; however, it was not well marked from the outside and the pin location on the hotels.com application is in the wrong spot, so - as a non-Russian speaker - I was a little wary of being dropped off ... but it all worked out well.

The staff did not speak any English, but we were very capable of communicating via Google Translate.

The room was spacious, amenities nice, and the bed comfortable.

The hotel "restaurant" was not the best (my spaghetti was litterally just noodles with a little grated cheese, no sause or anything), so I would recommend heading into town for something to eat.

Even with the language barrier the staff

Overall, a pretty good experience were very helpful in booking our taxis and holding our luggage after we checked out.

Pros:

I would say that his is a 4* hotel. Everything is brand new!!! Location is almost in the center of the city.

Von außen nicht sofort als Hotel erkennbar. Google-Link leitet zu falscher Adresse.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Excellent hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast is rather basic. Remote from the centre, but bus stop is very close to the hotel. Surrounded by residential area and private houses. Walking distance to the “Zhuravli” war memorial with excellent views over the city. Clean sauna, steam room and small pool with cold water available for an additional charge, may need to book in advance. Tea kettle was not included in the room.
