Pros:

Lovely setting, great views, child- free environment & a fabulous pool for those who actually want to swim lengths.

Cons:

Pool bar & restaurant menu could have had a few daily specials so it wasn’t the same every day.

המלון יפה , הצוות מאוד נחמד ומנומס והאוכל טעים .

Cons:

בפעם הראשונה שנכנסנו לחדר, שמנו לב שמגבת הידיים שהייתה מקופלת בצורה מסודרת הייתה למעשה מלוכלכת. עדכנו את הצוות, שהתנצל מיד והחליף אותה. בחרנו להתעלם מהמקרה כדי לא להעכיר את האווירה המדהימה שסביבנו.
למחרת יצאנו לטייל וחזרנו לבריכת המלון. כשעלינו לחדר להתקלח, להפתעתנו גילינו שאין מים חמים. עדכנו את הצוות, שנציג מטעמו הגיע לבדוק את הבעיה. במשך כ-10 דקות הוא המתין לזרימת מים חמים, אך לבסוף אישר שיש רק מים קרים.
המתנו כחצי שעה, רטובים מהבריכה, למענה מהצוות – אך לא קיבלנו שום עדכון. לאחר כשעה נוספת, כשהבנו שכבר לא נספיק להגיע לארוחת הערב במסעדה, בעלי ביקש לעבור לחדר אחר ונענה שהמלון בתפוסה מלאה.
כעבור כחצי שעה נוספת – כשעתיים לאחר שעלינו מהבריכה – הוצע לנו להשתמש לצורך מקלחת בלבד בחדר ישן שנמצא בקצה השני של המלון. בשלב הזה כבר התקלחתי בחדר של חברים, ובעלי נאלץ להתקלח במים קרים.
הצוות המשיך להתנצל והסביר שהתקלה נגרמה, ככל הנראה, בשל עומס חריג וחד-פעמי של שימוש במקלחות באותה שעה.
למחרת בבוקר היו מים חמים, ונאמר לנו שכפיצוי נקבל ארוחה במסעדת המלון. לא רצינו לתת לאירוע להרוס את החופשה ולכן לא הרחבנו בנושא.
אלא שגם למחרת חזר אותו הסיפור בדיוק. יצאנו לטייל, חזרנו לבריכה, ובסביבות השעה 19:00 עלינו להתקלח – ושוב לא היו מים חמים.
בסביבות השעה 20:00, כשכבר היה ברור שנאחר גם לארוחת הפיצוי שהובטחה לנו, הציעו לשדרג אותנו לחדר אחר. חשוב לציין שלמחרת בבוקר כבר היינו אמורים לעזוב את המלון. הצוות הופתע מכך שסירבנו להצעה, אך מבחינתנו לא היה הגיוני להתחיל לארוז את כל חפצינו בשעה כזו, לעבור לחדר אחר בקצה המלון, כשנותר לנו פחות מלילה אחד לשהות.
גם באותו ערב נאלצנו להתקלח בחדר של חברים.
למחרת, בעת ביצוע הצ'ק-אאוט, במקום לקבל פיצוי ממשי על עוגמת הנפש, התבקשנו לשלם את החשבון – 50 אירו. הבענו את אכזבתנו מההתנהלות, אך שילמנו.
שילמנו ממיטב כספנו עבור מלון 5 כוכבים, ובפועל, מתוך שלושה לילות שהות, בשניים מהם נאלצנו להסתובב עם מגבות ובגדים בין חדרים כדי למצוא מקום להתקלח.
אז תחליטו אתם – האם צוות אדיב והרבה מאוד התנצלויות מספיקים כדי לפצות על חוויה כזו?

Pros:

Beautiful facilities and multiple pools. Huge gym. Stunning.

Cons:

The beach is a bit misrepresented in the photos. I thought it was more like a regular beach but it wasn’t that bad. It’s more like a harbor side dock with loungers.

Cons:

שהגענו מסתבר שלא היתה סוויטה כפי שהזמנו, ביקשו שנקבל בונגלו לא הסכמנו ורק לאחר ויכוח והמתנה ארוכה קיבלנן את הסוויטה שהזמנו.

תודה על אירוח נפלא 🙏
Pros:

הכל היה נפלא. החל מהצוות האדיב החדרים המבריקים ואוכל מגוון טרי וטעים. יש ליד המלון סופרמרקט ומסעדות. שהינו בוילה עם בריכה נקייה והיינו מרוצים מאוד. ויש חניה גדולה במקום.
