חדר מרווח ונקי, מיקום טוב, ארוחת בוקר טובה אבל לא וואו כמו שאחרים מדווחים פה

המים החמים נגמרים בערב ופשוט אין מים חמים.
הקפה בחדר אוכל ממכונות ולא טעים, מצופה ממלון 5 כוכבים שידאג לבריסטה.
הבריכה מרוחקת מהחדרים ולא מוצלת אבל בקורפו מי צריך בריכה.
זהירות מהחדרים בלי מקלחת, הם גם ישנים יותר וגם קטנים יותר.
אין חוף ים פרטי.
היחס של נותני השירות קר ומנוכר.
לסיכום לא שווה את הכסף ויש מלונות טובים יותר בפחות כסף.

ארוחת בוקר מגוונת מאוד, בריכה כיפית וניקיון טוב. אנשי קבלה מאוד אדיבים וחייכנים, שמחים לעזור ולסייע בכל בקשה ועם חיוך.
נהנינו מאוד.

Cons:

עובד שנראה כאחראי איזור הבריכה היה לא נעים ולא שירותי בלשון המעטה. לא היה נעים לפנות אליו עם בקשות כי הוא דיבר בצורה מזלזלת ולא נעימה. היינו עדים לכמה מקרים שהוא אף דיבר לאנשי הצוות בצורה לא ראויה ומשפילה, באופן שגרם לנו כאורחים אי נוחות.
שאר העובדים היו נחמדים ואדיבים מאוד.

Ubicación, punto medio para todo. Ideal si tenes auto, sin auto sería horrible.

El personal de limpieza es amable

Llegamos pasada la media noche la recepción fue muy poco agradable. Se nos asignó la habitación 124 habitación superior con vistas al interior. Resultó ser un pozo, literalmente bajo tierra, sin luz, con mucha humedad, el recepcionista muy desagradable y sarcástico nos dijo que no nos convenía abrir la ventana si no queríamos que nos comieran los mosquitos y la humedad. La ducha era una ducha teléfono sin otro lluvero. Pedimos una manta y la tuvimos que devolver porque estaba sucia. Las toallas enpapadas por la humedad. Mo había agua caliente en la habitación. Mi madre no puedo dormir y se fue a los sillones de la recepción a esperar que llegara un encargado para que nos cambiara la habitación. A las 12 de la mañana nos resolvieron cambiarnos a una habitación con vista parcial al lago. El cobro adicional fue de 90 euros, lo hicimos con gusto para salir de ese pozo. Llegamos a la nueva suite superior deluxe 252. Un poco mejor pero igualmente una vergüenza. Adjunto fotos de todo lo que estamos diciendo. Moho en las paredes tapado con pintura se veía el verde a contraluz. Un olor fuertísimo a caño y humedad, la moquete muy sucia y venida a menos. La habitación es muy pequeña para lo que uno espera de un 5 estrellas. El desayuno es realmente una pesadilla, vomitamos el café y nos intoxicamos el último día. La máquina no fue limpiada y al final de la taza encontramos una gelatina media verde que tenía un gusto ácido. Casi no hay fruta, muy pocas opciones. Mesas una al lado de la otra cual comedor infantil. Lo mismo en la piscina, las resposeras una al lado de la otra, todo el cerco es de vidrio puro, se ve todo para adentro y para afuera. El agua de la piscina no es limpia. Ni caigan por el “adult friendly” está lleno de niños gritando en la piscina.

Veldig godt alternativ for en halv uke.

Dette er et veldig bra hotell. Rolig, adult friendly, men noen barn er det der, uansett veldig deilig, rolig atmosfære. Bassengområdet er nydelig. Rolig. Nok av solsenger. Frokost kjempebra. Ligger ved sjøen, men har ikke strand Vi leide båt, det er et veldig bra tilbud for det. Ikke veldig mange spisesteder i nærheten, men de vi fant var veldig gode, både til lunsj og middag. Hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte. Tok buss til Korfu by en kveld. Tok ca 30 min.

קיבלו אותנו בסבר פנים יפות, שדרגו לנו ללא עלות את החדר לסוויטה. חדר נקי, א. בוקר מפנקת ומאפשרת לכל הרצונות. בריכה גדולה ובר מצויין הכלול במקום. חנייה בשפע, ספא נעים וגמיש.
בהחלט תמורה מצוינת.

The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and proactive, which made the experience feel genuinely welcoming. My execuitive suite room was spotless, well‑designed, and comfortably equipped, and I appreciated the efficient housekeeping. I would happily return and recommend your hotel to others.

Cons:

The gym could use a refreshment — several machines were either outdated or not functioning properly, a bit more equipment variety and regular maintenance would make a big difference.
Breakfast also didn’t fully meet expectations. The selection was good but the quality could be improved. The eggsshould be done a la minute instead of prepared hours before…

Beautiful villa and excellent food
Pros:

The villa and evening meal was consistently excellent. Certain staff were to be commended for their professional approach, particularly the waiting staff in the restaurant by the pool in the evening (Sotiris, Kristina) and the exceptionally friendly cleaning staff of the villas who did an excellent job.

Cons:

Breakfast was very good, but long waiting lines for two coffee machines in a 5 star is not good enough. Whilst the Asian table staff were really professional and not to be faulted in any way, it seems strange that a Greek resort such as this would not make an effort to employ local staff. The locality is poor, and youth unemployment is high. The only answer is cost, and its not a good look for the hotel at all. We also observed that the restaurant manager was also visibly curt with them and with his local waiting staff, and did not welcome all his guests to the restaurant, only the uber wealthy ones. If you are paying 5 star prices, everyone should be treated equally.
