Super emplacement
Lieu chargé d'histoire magnifique
Very nice hotel! As a Titanic fan and a history lover this was a perfect place to spend the night. The staff were fabulous! They created a casual environment but professional. It truly was a perfect balance!
Unfortunately much of the waterfront area is still being built up making it not exactly walkable to get to the downtown. Not the hotels fault!
Overall a beautiful hotel. Staff friendly ,room clean a lovely hotel.
The noise of traffic from.room so didn't have a good night sleep could do with double windows.
Location, most interesting building
Food was a bit disappointing
the building and its history; decor of old building is exceptional; staff were friendly
the breakfast - very poor quality food. the shower in the room was dreadful
The hotel is amazing - the history and the way that they've preserved it and made it accessible for us as guests at the hotel to enjoy it is great.
Nothing that I could think of.
History and the museum
We were charged 50 euros for parking and we were there for under twenty four hours 😳
Comfy
Water presser in shower
It was connected to the Titanic so easy parking etc.
shampoo dispenser was mt
The high standard it is finished to
The fact that there is no spa
Location, history of the site, the bar food, attitude of the staff
Be wary of weddings. On our first night we found the bar service terrible due to the number of wedding guests in the public bar. I put a food and drink order in and had to chase the drinks twice and they still took over 30 mins to be delivered (in fact we got our food before our drinks)
Then we were kept awake until 1am with the wedding music. To give the staff their dues, I mentioned this to Reception in the morning and the manager immediately said he'd move our room (which he did) esp as there was another wedding that next night. Without this, the score would have been a lot lower.
Everything staff were lovely
