Nothing
Staff were so friendly. Hotel was beautiful. Food was amazing.
Nothing, everything was just right.
Beautiful Building
Excellent Staff
Room was spacious and spotless
Great location lovely walk along the river to city centre
The hotel is beautiful and food and drinks were very good
rooms are noisy
Proximity to Titanic Museum. Great bar! Very comfortable and clean. Room was a great size.
Not as close to downtown as I would have liked.
Tv kept freezing and no one assisted after bringing to attention of reception
Location and time capsule of the titanic. Loved the lighting on the way to the rooms
I think for the price I paid breakfast should have been included

On arrival the first thing was the greeting. Staff were polite and curtious and very helpful. Once we got our room we found it to be very spacious and comfortable. The bar area in the hotel was very warm and inviting with a tranquil atmosphere, with beautiful decor that included some pictures and painting of the great ship.
If there was anything that I had to point out. I thing the corridors were a slightly bit dark.
Staff in restaurant amazing. Bar is very nice, service a bit slow but lovely environment. Rooms are very clean, bright. Food is very good
Rooms noisy next to lift, didn't sleep because of it
We stopped in Belfast for a night after leaving Ambassador cruise ship. The hotel was in a fantastic spot for visiting the Titanic Museum (literally opposite) and the city (15 minute walk along the waterfront). The staff and the setting was first class!
Nothing to dislike!
Lovely hotel and excellent staff.
The ambiance, the Titanic theming throughout, the wonderful service, the delicious food, the very spacious room and the lovely Irish accents
Water pressure in the shower was lacking
