Beautiful building
Loved the historic nature.
I liked the food options available.
The room was a little small and no mini fridge
William the concierge was so knowledgable and helpful.
There weren't a lot of places open at night close to the hotel to eat and drink.
The dining rooms were very pleasant and clean.
The welcome pack and turn down service were nice extras.
I must say the quality of the hot breakfast was pretty poor, bacon pretty tasteless and fatty, same with the sausages, scrambled egg mass-produced, poached egg hard, not good. The ground coffee was very poor, lukewarm and tasteless.
It wad excellent and good value for money. My room was upgraded. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly and well trained. Amazing building with history on every wall. Great location
Nothing
Please make sure that your prefect rooms are getting decent pillows. The current ones are a nightmare!
Superb, engaging staff who made you feel special. Very kind and helpful. We did not do breakfast but the evening bar meal was delicious with a spectacular choice and again excellent service.
We went for a short walk after our early evening meal and soon became aware of a group of youths in black on high performance electric bikes. It made us finish our walk quickly. It would have been nice if the hotel had some sort of gym as there is limited safe, well lit walks in the area. We had loved the Titanic museum.
dinner and breakfast had variety and very tasty food
parking was hard to find and expensive
This hotel is absolutely beautiful. There is history about the titanic everywhere. Take some time exploring. The staff are amazing and very knowledgeable. I wish we had stayed longer. Can’t wait to return
Very smart hotel with friendly and pleasant staff. Excellent service in restaurants
Convenient for Titanic museum and Belfast Victoria Parkrun
Third floor corridors to room poorly lit
