Enjoyed the tour by William
My overall experience was amazing from start to finish. The staff was polite, friendly and helpful they couldn't do enough for you.
This was our third stay at Titanic and it seems to get better every time, the facilities are beautiful, the staff so caring and the food second to none. Thankyou Titanic!
We were happy with everything during our stay
This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in, it was spotless, the room was excellent, the reception staff were friendly helpful and very amenable.
The meal in the wolf Grill was exceptional, and so were the staff.
The person who really stood out tho was William, what a lovely gentleman, he was friendly, helpful and there wasn't anything he didn't know about the hotel or Titanic. He took us around some of the rooms and made them come alive. Thank you William and to all the staff for making our stay incredible.
N/A
It was well managed and classy as expected
Nothing
Central to everything and ao clean and staff where welcoming.
Nothing fantastic hotel
Breakfast was standard. Staff were friendly and professional. They held my cases pre check in time which was great but didn't get til after 4pm despite ringing and asking them for them. Lacked efficiency for €381 for night stay.
The bed wasn't made properly, sheets were loose and creased.
The price for one night.
No pool
Titanic themed, nicely appointed, great location, fantastic staff
We had a fantastic experience at the hotel restaurant, thanks in large part to Pedro. He was warm, attentive, and very knowledgeable, going out of his way to make our family feel comfortable and well taken care of. The food was delicious, and the entire staff was friendly and accommodating. We genuinely enjoyed every moment.
Iconic views of H&W cranes and titanic buildings, the historic story well documented and visually good. In general the hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately there were a lot of small details that had not been addressed. For instance- the duvet on the bed was clean but ripped, the soap dispenser did not dispense, the bath and shower area was very much in need of updating and the toilet did not flush properly. Small details that over all took away from what could be an excellent hotel stay.
Welcoming feel. Staff were friendly, kind and helpful. Room clean and very comfortable.
The historic siting of the hotel, next to the Titanic Museum and dockyards where the Titanic was built.
Meals were very expensive.
I loved this hotel! The staff were very friendly and always happy to help. The room was really nice with the most comfortable bed and the location is great.
The only issue I had was with dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was nice but the service was quite slow. After we finished our main we were waiting about 20 mins for our table to be cleared. The couple beside us were waiting over a half hour for there main and asked by 3 members of staff about it before finally getting it.
Staff, decor, bar area, breakfast
Shower wasn't great.
It is a beautiful hotel. It is ideal for the Titanic quarter.
Perhaps, less convenient for the city centre.
The breakfast was good. However, the bar menu for day time and the menu for their higher spec restaurant for the evening, were the same.
I think they should have smaller, lighter items for the bar and higher end items that team better with the restaurant in the evening.
I had a lovely glass of wine in lovely surroundings, with a chicken wrap you could get in a supermarket deli.
It was nice, but there was a disconnect between the restaurant and the menu as a whole.
Bâtiment face au musée … très propre , rien à redire , matelas confortable petits gâteaux avec le plateau café très bon … personnel très bien
Le prix …. Mais bon …
