The Titanic Hotel in Belfast is well worth the visit.
Pros:

Staying for 2 nights and happy to enjoy all the hotel has to offer. The hotel is historic and the rooms fine. First port of call is Drawing Office Two. The main bar serving food and drink. We settle in for a few drinks and end up having dinner at the bar. Seafood Chowder for two, not great. But the bar is well serviced and an excellent barman, Cameron. Friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks on offer and makes some good recommendations. Next night we go to The Wolff Grill. This is fine dining and we love the surroundings. The eye fillet and the lamb cutlets are excellent. Two great staff, Manager Pedro, and waitress were both excellent. Nothing wrong with this hotel and its staff and facilities.

Wry nice but some small things needed to improve.
Pros:

Excellent location and overall a nice hotel. Food was very good in Wolff restaurant and the staff in the bar were very good.

Cons:

We were given an upgrade to the Arabic Suite. The bathroom was nice with two basins but the bath was small, uncomfortable and the over the bath shower lacked power. The shower in the Deluxe would have been better. We had to ring down for the bathrobes. The carpet had clearly not been vacuumed for some time.

A great base to see the great side of Belfast, enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Access to the hotel was easy by road, and access to the city was a good walk away, but the Dock area and the Titanic museum were both extremely nice areas to spend time at.
The hotel was full of Titanic memorabilia which was fascinating to look at and made the hotel experience unique.

Bar Lunch
Pros:

This place is more than just a bar, it’s a museum of titanic and ship building history. 3rd time visiting, but first time eating. The setting takes you back in time to art deco heaven. You can explore the corridors and board rooms (if not in use). The staircase and communication office was my favourite. The place had an atmosphere to it that you can’t put into words. The food was very nice, but I’d say slightly overpriced so be prepared. Staff were friendly, but we had to wait quite a while and prompt them for service like ordering drinks and food. For titanic fans it’s a must!

a comfortable nights sleep in a famous hotel right next to the titanic museum
Pros:

breakfast was great and so were the staff in the wolff restaurant - friendly, chatty and helpful.

the bar staff were good and made a lovely cocktail; the room service sandwich was great;

the bed was very comfortable and i got a good night's sleep.

i requested a bath and got that and also the hotel upgraded me to an executive room, which i was grateful for;

the bathroom was great and large which i enjoyed!

Cons:

the safe in the room wasn't working;

there was no room service menu in the room and i had to wait until 10pm at night to order a sandwich;

one or two of the staff were not that proactive / super efficient but pleasant enough.

Better than expected and such good value for money.
Pros:

The hotel is wonderful, great vibes, wonderful history - it’s beautifully restored. Rooms are really spacious and in keeping with the history of the place. The drawing room bar is lovely to relax in and the restaurant is great too. It is literacy next to the Titanic museum.

Cons:

Going home!

Luxury hotel at luxury a price and sub standard experience- wouldn’t recommend.
Pros:

Good location
Hotel lovely finished inside with the artefacts of white star line.
Drawing room was lovely.

Cons:

Room was not ready until nearly 4pm- pretty poor when checkin time is supposed be 3pm and checkout time is 11am.
Staff were not welcoming nor polite. This was noted at check-in, check out and also at bars when getting served.
Reason for stay was a wedding- we had to keep asking for staff to get new bottles of spirits from the main bar and to change beer kegs as they tried to have us go to the main hotel bar. This happened on several occasions.
Guests who stayed the night before also said when asked for tea at breakfast got the response- can you not see I am busy.
There was a lack of value, considering we still had to pay for breakfast at almost £40 and car parking £20. Room given was okay but shower was not fully working and the window had dropped so there’s a draft and noise from outside.
Noted throughout that when tourists had interactions staff were friendly and asking what they can do to help.
