The staff at reception were fantastic. Very friendly and attentive, even gave a free room upgrade to a larger room with an excellent view.
Extremely comfortable beds and pillows and lovely coffee bags in the room. Would definitely recommend staying.
The only issue was the bar staff seemed to not want to engage in any conversation with you, and seemed like asking for service was a chore to them. It was a little disappointing, especially when you are paying a little more than average for a cocktail. I was going to ask about a whisky tasting flight but, felt that the staff wouldn't have wanted to share any knowledge on the subject.
Nice hotel clean staff very helpful and in a great location.
Meals are very expensive.
Everything about it. It's unique and the staff are very pleasant.
I think the food could have been a bit cheaper but it's a luxury hotel.
Beautiful hotel steeped in history
Gorgeous property. Beautiful decor
The dinner menu was the same as lunch menu and not as described on the website
The hotel was lovely, staff were very friendly. Room 105 was very noisy, we asked to move and were offered another room however, the new room felt substantially smaller. The staff in the bar were friendly although very slow! The cleaners - came into our room every day however, towels were merely folded and not replaced ( I would expect a clean towel for a 3 day stay with the price we paid) Table in the room was very dusty, tea bags were not replenished although it was obvious on day 1 that we had used them as they managed to clean the mugs. Room temperature - was either ridiculously hot or freezing cold. Rooms could do with better lighting - I understand that it adds to the ambience but literally had to use my torch on my phone to find anything.

The historic ambience of the hotel for that period transferred to the era of when the Titanic was built, tranquil setting
Nothing to report everything was beautiful
