There’s a huge building site across the road, full of water.
Booking.com’s confirmation said the hotel accepts bank cards. It doesn’t - it accepts cash only. (This is Booking.com’s error, not the hotel’s.)
The beach is full of rubbish and with storm run-off from two days before you’d be mad to think of swimming there.
The building is aged and our bedroom/bathroom were dated. Ripe for demolition and replacement.
I bought canned/bottled drinks from the bar and the state of chiller cabinet was disgusting - obviously no one cares.

This is something I discussed with Gino: we booked two superior double rooms with sea view.
Sea View is when you open the curtains and you don't have to make the effort to actually see the sea. When the sea takes up less than 10% of the view, my friend it's not a sea view.
For him what you see in the pics I uploaded means sea view (pics taken from our windows in rooms 301 and 303, so jump to your own conclusions) -- Then he said that only the apartments had the sea view I was talking about.
This is not just a disagreement on what sea view is or is not. You can advised whatever you want and then mislead clients. However, if you advertised these rooms as "with partial or side sea view" I bet you'd get more satisfied clients.
Apart from this issue, we enjoyed staying at this hotel for 2 nights and that's why I give 7/10. With a sea view, the score would be higher. Sorry, I had to take some points out as sea view was a big part of this booking.

305 had a vomit smell. Although they sent staff to clean it Vomit does NOT go away. The head beds had fabrics and rugs keep the smell.
The bathroom smelled nonstop sewage. The whole place had ants from every corner.
One of the twin beds was so uncomfortable tossing around metal springs. You can’t sleep.
The door of the room didn’t close, the power went off 5 times. One of the lights on the ceiling didn’t shut down completely so we slept with the light on like in a hospital room. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was lacking and it has been years that the cleaning and updates are not done properly.
The breakfast was another nightmare. The stairs are very slippery marble which is a safety concern. Red Flag. I slipped but lucky I got my self after a few steps down..Please save your self and go somewhere else. I will NEVER step there again. Drive a bit further and get a decent clean place.
