One of the best 5 star hotels to stay in Nuwara Eliya
Pros:

Central location, well kept property, great food options, very friendly reception staff, laundry facility in En sute rooms, very spacious rooms, gym facility, extra food court

Cons:

Water was brown for 2 days :(

Nice room but unnecessarily expensive for food (bit of a scam)

The room was nice

Cons:

I was woken up at 8:30am for breakfast even though it closed at 10am. I was also charged for coffees and food that was not clearly labelled at all. You would assume that a coffee would be included at breakfast.

Publicité mensongère vu que la chambre ne correspondait pas à l’annonce un hôtel à fuir.
Pros:

Rien mais absolument rien.

Cons:

J’ai demandé à booking et à l’établissement de me rembourser le séjour refus des deux parties donc je vais partager mes photos. Chambre extrêmement salle, invention d’un jacuzzi, fuite, au dessus d’une station essence, isolation problématique, besoin d’oiseaux sur les fenêtres (très nombreux). C’est tout sauf un hôtel 5⭐️ et en plus de cela un personnel qui court après les avis et des qr code sans arrêt pour avoir de bons avis. Le dernier soir ils se sont réveillés à la vue de mon mécontentement et des photos. Mais aucune nouvelle d’un remboursement.

We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a spacious family room for just the two of us, though the space ended up feeling a bit too large and cold. While the room itself was big, the bathroom was very congested and the shower area suffered from water clogging. We also experienced some issues with service: our request for a bedroom lock received a very delayed response, and overall, the staff was not very responsive.

אהבנו את הוולקם דרינג, כאשר הגענו לצאק אין הודיעו לנו ששודרגנו בחדר וזה היה ממש נחמד, רק חבל שלא יכולנו לפתוח חלון בגלל הריח של המסעדה מלמטה והתחנת דלק שכל הזמן שמעו ממנה אוטובוסים.

Cons:

מומלץ מאוד לשפר את האוכל, קבלנו קלקול קיבה בארוחת צהריים, ועוד הארוחת בוקר לא פחות גרועה מהארוחת צהריים, כל מה ששמתי בצחת השארתי בצלחת.
ממליצה ללמד את אורחי המלון לא להתווכח עם לקוח כאשר הוא מגיע לעמדת החביתה ומבקש בית מקוקשת עם תוספות והעובד עונה לו ואומר יש לך ביצה מקושקשת בבופה.
בית מלון מיושן מאוד, הספות קרועות, יש בעיה עם החימום, שומעים את מה שהשכנים מדברים בניהם.
לא אחזור לבית מלון הזה
