The hotel were very generous in upgrading us to an amazing suite to celebrate my 70th Birthday and decorated and also provided a scrumptious birthday cake.
All the staff were extremely helpful particular thanks to Shayen and Kausal who went over and above to help organise assistance for me at the airport.
Facilities were great, loved the multi cuisine food hall, gym and pool.
Would have liked an outdoor sitting area to just soak up the sun.
Mooie grote kamer met bad en douche, goede ligging van het hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. En veel faciliteiten. Het ontbijt is een ontzettend uitgebreid buffet.
Wij waren al vroeg in het hotel ( rond half 11) waardoor onze kamer nog niet klaar was. We zijn toen naar het postkantoor gelopen, en hebben daarna wat gegeten in het foodcourt. Toen we om rond 13.00 vroegen of onze kamer al klaar was zeiden ze dat het nog een half uurtje kon duren. Dit duurde Uiteindelijk nog meer als 1.5 uur.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional, the rooms are large and I liked the faux fireplace touch.
It felt like more of a four star hotel. The property is large and they’ve invested in some bold decor but we ended up staying at nicer 4 stars in other areas of Sri Lanka.
בשל טיול ירח דבש שודרגנו לסוויטה, ממש הערכנו את זה. הסוויטה גדולה במיוחד, עם חדר שינה נוסף, מטבח, סלון, ו-3 חדרי שירותים ומקלחת.
לא היה מזגן או מאוורר בחדר, בנוסף בארוחת ערב אי אפשר היה לקחת שתיה קלה או אפילו מים ללא תשלום. גם הסנוקר חייב בתשלום נוסף..

I fail to understand when we were 3- guests check in why keep only one tea bag one sugar one creamer
