Good comfortable hotel, well located and decent amenities.
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff. Great multicuisine food court with a variety of choices. Rooms are large & comfortable with heaters. Breakfast choices were good with good spread of Sri Lankan, Indian & English Breakfast choices.

Cons:

Food court closes relatively early by 10pm & not many restaurants close by. There is a heated pool but smaller size & quite crowded.. Drivers room is cramped & driver had to find alternative accommodation.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Another Wonderful Stay – Exceptional Hospitality!

This was the second time I booked a stay at Araliya Green City to celebrate my dad’s birthday, and once again, the experience was absolutely wonderful. My parents stayed from 23rd to 26th August 2026 and had an amazing time.

I arranged their stay from New Zealand, and the hotel made my dad’s birthday extra special by providing a complimentary birthday cake. 🎂❤️ It was such a thoughtful gesture, and my parents truly appreciated it.

From the moment they arrived, they received a warm welcome and excellent service throughout their stay. The staff were friendly, attentive and incredibly helpful, ensuring that my parents felt comfortable and well cared for.

I’m truly grateful to the entire Araliya Green City team for once again making my dad’s birthday so memorable. This is now the second time I’ve chosen this hotel for his birthday, and I will definitely continue booking stays here in the future.

Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality and for always making my parents feel so special. ❤️

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The buffet also offered excellent Sri Lankan and Asian options.

Cons:

The cable TV can be upgraded. Nowadays, some hotels provide smart TVs that let guests use online streaming services such as YouTube and Netflix (via guests' accounts). Then, guests can watch what they prefer.

Pros:

Très bel établissement idéalement placé.
Personnel au petit soin dès notre arrivée (remerciement tout particulier à N Thiyagu).
Chambre spacieuse, très bien équipée et très confortable.

Great location, fantastic staff and good facilities. Everything we needed was close by.
Pros:

Executive room was excellent with great views of the city and hills. The location was brilliant for walking out to town. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help with a smile. The food court catered for everyone and the breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. The bar staff at the Fox and hound were brilliant. Mr Thiyagu on the front desk was always helpful and on hand. Indrajith in the food court was charming and friendly.
