Very friendly and welcoming staff. Dinithi was especially thoughtful and considerate of my elderly parents, which we greatly appreciated. She kindly arranged a complimentary upgrade and ensured that our rooms were next to each other. Her excellent service and attention to our family’s needs made our stay even more enjoyable.
They had only one wheelchair in the entire hotel and which was already given to other guest. Thankfully we had our own wheelchair and otherwise for parents with mobility issue it may be challenging.
Staff helpful they upgrade us because of our baby, wiev are amazing thanks all staff
Breakfast would be better
Das Hotel ist sehr gross, modern und zentral gelegen. Beim Check- In wurden wir begrüsst, als wären wir VIP's :-) Das Personal war extrem freundlich, respektvoll und zuvorkommend. Kein Wunsch blieb unerfüllt. Wir haben sogar ein Upgrade von einem "normalen" Zimmer zu einer Suite erhalten ohne Aufpreis. Die Leistung war daher höher als den Preis, den wir dafür bezahlt haben! Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gross mit noch einer grösseren Auswahl. Wir hatten rundum einen perfekten Aufenthalt. Danke!

Drain smeell was terrible at 406. Beds covers and clothes were burnt and trone at 405.Staff was not much active and has no sense much 😑

Nothing we liked
All. Staff was good. Hotel is like a white elephant. No beauty. Hugh wastage of the space. No devices or interior design. High bulky furniture in the rooms. Over all it’s good for low maintain. Not a classy hotel to stay.
Its view has destroyed the entire beauty of the mountains.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait. L’équipe a été très accueillante et sympathique.
Le food court ainsi que les services disponibles dans l’hôtel, comme le supermarché et l’ATM, ont été très utiles.
Le responsable du restaurant, M. Sandun, est une personne très professionnelle. Il prend parfaitement soin des clients et reste attentif à leurs besoins.
De plus, l’équipe de l’accueil, Sandachaya, Sandaliya, Vijay, Philip et Kaushalla, fait vraiment de son mieux pour garder les clients satisfaits.
Le room service était très amateur et aurait besoin d’une formation afin d’améliorer le comportement du personnel ainsi que la qualité du service.
Le spa et la piscine n’étaient pas vraiment à la hauteur de nos attentes.
