The location was beautiful, the staff extremely helpful and professional, accommodating, and breakfast was wonderful. They put together a bag lunch for our early departure. Very clean and updated

Tudo esteve ótimo! O hotel é muito perto da estação de trem e isso foi o diferencial para não ficarmos andando com malas.
Fomos super bem recebidos, a acomodação é limpa e confortável.
Pudemos deixar as malas após o check out no hotel.

为了去马丘比丘而住了一晚，比较简单的设施，凑合一晚还行吧。

기차역에서 5분 미만의 거리!! 하지만 새벽 버스 정류장까지의 거리도 멀지않아서 짐이 많은 여행자에게 최적의 위치라고 생각합니다. 저녁에 저희를 맞아준 호텔 매니져는 영어를 잘 하지 못했지만 정말 친절했고 따듯함이 느껴졌습니다. 방도 생각보다 깨끗하고 넓어서 사용하는데 어려움이 없었습니다. 다른분들에게도 꼭 추천하고픈 호텔입니다.

The hotel was only 2 minute's walk from the train station. The room was clean, bright, modern, and surprisingly spacious. I didn't notice any noise (I went to bed at around 9PM). The hotel staff were fantastic. I got there on a high season day (May) without a reservation. The young gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to try to help me and make suggestions. If it were not for him, I wouldn't be able to visit Machu Picchu at all. Strongly recommended.

Excellent hotel! Rooms are gorgeous, the tile floor makes you feel like you’re in Peru. Small town, walkable location. Absolutely enjoyed my stay here. Only downside is that the breakfast isn’t the greatest. Just rolls, ham, cheese, and eggs. Still made my trip to Machu Picchu incredible. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Aguas Calientes and Machu Picchu. Thank you!!!

Buena experiencia hay que estar 2 dias en aguas calientes

Nos dieron 2 habitaciones 1 estuvo bien y la otra olía horrible a moho imposible dormir. El baño de la otra súper pequeño , no cabía!

Hotel had a great staff and the room and facility was very clean. The toilet in our bathroom was broke, though. Also, the breakfast is ok.

Very noisy. Bad motel despite being quite expensive. Would not recommend. Stayed here with my family in december 2017. They said they accepted Amex but then did not.

I feel badly giving a bad review because the staff was friendly but.......This place was pretty bad. I have faith in Expedia guest ratings and I missed that there were hardly any reviews to give a whole picture. We had to pay for the hotel when we got there, nstead of thru Expedia like usual. Rate was higher than Expedia told me. I also got charged breakfast fees even tho it was suppose to be included. The language barrier made it difficult to explain this issue so I let it slide - too frustrating. The water was hot! That's good but it was scalding if someone flushed and temp wouldn't stay even - not sae to have a child in the shower because of this issue. Theuy would have 3rd degree burns! The towels. They must have been hand washed and lined dried because they were clean, but a little damp and actually crunchy. Lastly, I left a shirt in the room. We contacted them and asked aout how to get it back to me. Communication has been minimal so I wonder if I will get the shirt back. I did tell them, via email, that we were charged more than orginally told but they did not respond. Again, Although the staff was friendly, this place was a dive.

I was very pleased with the help of the host Ivan, I was given a nice, clean and confortable room. Even though a friend coudln't come with me, they honored my room size and I really apreciate it. They also kept my luggage until I came back from my trip to Machupichu. Want to thank the staff for going beyond their dutties to make sure I was very happy with my stay.

The room was nice with an amazing view. A little loud as your directly beside the train tracks. Was finally able to have a hot shower here!!!
