Отель и номерной фонд ужасен, если бы не акция, то вообще поставил бы 1 за такой отель.

Pros:

Много езжу в коммандировки. Есть с чем сравнивать. За такую цену не очень номера.

Все в целом нормально. Аккуратный недорогой отель. Заполненный. Была проблема с телевизором - показывал плохо.

Nonostante l’hotel si trovi in una città molto fredda da subito entrando in camera ho avvertito una sensazione di calore piacevole .Anche per quanto riguarda il bagno nella sua semplicità non posso dire nulla sulla pulizia.

Цена за номер не соответствует качеству обслуживания , очень плохая звукоизоляция , в номере за 5 т.р. слышно как за стеной сосед храпит, помещение для ресторана очень маленькое не всем хватает места завтраке приходится ждать, мест для отдыха , спа зона , тренажерный зал и т.д. нет , персонал не особо дружелюбный , на мой звонок в 23:00 с просьбой оказать помощь при подключении к сети интернет , получил ответ от администратора что она очень занята и сообщила мне чтоб я спустился к стойке ресепшн и сам ознакомился с инструкцией по подключению к сети интернет и что стоимость интернета не входит в стоимость номера в связи с чем она вообще не обязана помогать в данном вопросе , после того как я спустился с 7 этажа где находился мой номер , и попытался разобраться в данной ситуации т.к данный ответ администратора посчитал оскорбительным , получил ряд словестных оскорблений также от охранника данной гостиницы находившегося возле стойки решепшн , в результате впечатление от гостиницы было окончательно испорчено , при этом до моего выезда из гостиницы как администратор так и охранник не извинились , в связи с чем не рекомендую для посещения указанный отель.
p/s |Пусть сначала корректно и уважительно научатся относиться к гостям .
