We will definitely be back. The stay was wonderful.

Good location

Cons:

The shower. The curtain was approximately 6” to short it really needs a curb to stop the water. With the curtain being to short you have to use all of the towels to keep the floor dry

Location, room cleanliness, layout

Cons:

The only room service received was fresh towels would’ve been nice to have bed service, didn’t require fresh linens just made.
First day there was only one garbage can and one box of Kleenex no replacement box and we ran out.

Very good overall, could improve.
Pros:

Close to all the Pigeon Forge activity

Cons:

Handicap Parking is too few spots as many parked in them but no visible plate or placard. We were left parking in a challenging spot.
