Clean and comfortable, but older building and could use some TLC.
Pros:

Great location and easy access to rooms.

Cons:

Building is older and could use some TLC. The door to our room had to be lifted a bit to close properly. The place was very clean though and we had a very comfortable stay.

Horrible.
Pros:

It’s close to our favorite coffee.

Cons:

We left a day early, we didn’t sleep, the beds are not comfortable, baby crying in the next room all night, tv on in another room loudly all night , sounded like the person above us was rearranging furniture at 2am. Worst stay ever. So disappointed.
