Pros:

We like the location and its convenience to things we like to go and do. It also is very clean, the bed is so comfortable and the staff are friendly and very helpful. This is the only place we stay when in Pigeon Forge/Sevierville, Tn.

Cons:

No complaints at all.

Could not have asked for a better place to stay very convenient very clean and very cost efficient
Pros:

I had never stayed here before, but I had heard from my friend how nice it was and I was well pleased with the room and how nice all the staff was. I would definitely be back again.

We continue to return and have not been disappointed with the hotel.
Pros:

Location. Good breakfast. Very clean. Our primary choice in Sevierville/pigeon Forge. We know what to expect and have never been disappointed. Thus we pay the price and have not been disappointed.

Great hotel!!
Pros:

Totally recommend this hotel! I had been wanting to stay at this hotel for awhile now based on reviews and had not gotten the chance until this week. May not be a main hotel chain but the stay was wonderful. Spacious rooms, clean, comfortable, friendly staff, great location, good breakfast, next to the Apple Barn and loved the hot apple cider in the lobby.

Cons:

I recommend putting a sign hanging from the ceiling that says "lobby" in the hallway coming back from the rooms. First time being there and we were unsure how to get back lobby on first day. Besides that eveything was perfect!!!! Loved it!

Really enjoyed our getaway and will definitely stay at this property on future trips to Sevierville.
