Everything was great!
Pros:

Everything was great. The breakfast was really good, the hot tub was relaxing, the hallways smelled like apples. 10/10

Cons:

They didn’t have the coke cooler out on our stay and the pool could’ve been warmer, it was cool.

Overall, a great and comfortable stay.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. This is the second time we have stayed here when visiting Dollywood. The location is very close to all of the main attractions, shopping and restaurants.

Cons:

The only thing I can think of is when we were bringing our bags up to our room on the third floor, the elevator door started closing and when we tried to stop it with our arm, the door did not stop right away. It seemed like it was a little harder to keep from closing than it should have been.

Husband and I came for our birthday wkend!! Now one of our favorites places to stay in the area. Staff was super nice. L

The location was great! Rooms clean.. smelled like apples😍 all through the hallways!

Pros:

I’ve been coming to Pigeon Forge for vacations for years but I’d never stayed at this particular place. The staff was amazing, they helped accommodate an extra person to our stay. It was very clean and spacious! We will definitely be adding this to our list of places to stay!

We had a great stay & will definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was a nice buffet, with good options.
I liked sitting out on the balcony. We had a nice view of the pool & fire pit.
Coffee & cider bar was a nice idea!

Cons:

Parkway traffic was loud if trying to sit out on balcony.

Overall, we enjoyed it
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Would have liked to have bacon every day instead of sausage, but over all, not bad

Cons:

Well, didn't know when I made reservations that it was a handicapped room. It was the last king bed, but it didn't specified that it was a handicapped room, which in my opinion, should have There was absolutely no room in the bathroom for everything and I wasn't happy about that

Excellent hotel!
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were all friendly. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast selection was great for everyone. Will definitely stay here again!
