A placement place to stay

Great Staff, Clean rooms , No complaints!
Pros:

The staff was really nice, the rooms were clean, the kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool. The tea,coffee, apple cider station was a great add on. The location is pretty good too, right on the road to all attractions in pidgeon forge.

Cons:

Everything was wonderful.

Everything. Perfect location. I love the fact that they still have bathtubs in the room.

The coffee pot in the room. Sometime in the future, they need to upgrade to a Kureig.

Overall it was a very enjoyable stay
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The fumes from the indoor pool was terrible. We had to come in the back door by the pool because we are elderly and needed the elevator We were on the 3rd floor. We had to hold our breath to get into the doors and to the elevator. Chemicals were very harsh.
