Nyx Chic Manor

Not sure why this property describes itself as a hotel as there’s no front desk or service of any kind and you’re meant to be sent a code to access the building. There’s no information about this on the Hotels.com website and we certainly weren’t sent any by the hotel either and ended up reliant on the assistance of the kind man next door.
The ‘hotel’ is in a great position by the harbour in the old town surrounded by restaurants and bars.
The room itself was quite small but very clean and pleasant enough and the bathroom was good. It was well insulated from the nighttime noise outside too. The downsides are:-
a big skylight that lets broad daylight into the room from early morning, making it impossible to get back to sleep.
There was a Nespresso machine but no coffee pods, a couple of wine glasses but no tumblers.

Beautiful location. Room came with many amenities. Service was great, room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Close to everything. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful accommodation in a lovely location with free parking nearby. We stayed on the lower level in Frida and the shared living area and front porch were lovely. The guidebook is the best we have ever seen and the recommendations were perfect. Really great value for what you get, highly recommend!

The property is very comfortable and well-located, and the staff Andreas is absolutely amazing, very friendly, and gave us all the information needed during our stay.
The bed is great, they offered lots of amenities in the room (air dryer, iron, bathrobe, etc).

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying in the Domi Apartment of Aisha Petite Suites.
The Old Venetian Harbour is in easy walking distance with the vast amount of dining options both on the harbour and in the back streets of the old town.
The apartment itself is clean and very well equipped with all the amenities of a hotel but with the convenience of a small kitchenette including a washing machine which was very handy. The small balcony was a welcome place to have our early morning coffee before the day started and at night an aperitif before heading out for the evening.
There are towels you can take to the beach as well.
The beds are super comfortable.
Andreas was a gracious host especially waiting until very late for us when we had some travel delays. Thankyou!!
All in all, a fabulous stay of which I would highly recommend to all.

Location, room & staff were very good. Also breakfast at the local cafe was the best with great service & the best fresh bread.

A great location and ideal base for a couple of nights.

Everything across the board was A+. Although I live in the States, I have family in Crete and travel often. The space is huge, the host is extremely attentive, the location and cleanliness + space was top. Quite perfect.

The place was great. The manager greeted me early to drop off my luggage and was available throughout my stay if I needed anything. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly.

The room itself had a lot of character with its decor and was very spacious. There were a lot of useful amenities in the rom - toiletries, an iron, a fridge (with room to put your stuff in). They also made their own guidebook about the area that came in handy a few times! You can tell they thought through a lot of the tiny details.

The location is also incredibly convenient - it's right off of the port and maybe a 5 minute walk to the main Old Town area.

Would definitely recommend staying here!

Pros: Great location 2 mins walk from a free parking lot and just a few minutes from the center of the old town. The room was spacious and the staff was friendly. Cons: No breakfast. Covid was the given reason, but all the other hotels during my trip managed to have breakfast. Maybe there’s something unique in the layout of the property that doesn’t allow them to figure it out. They use solar energy for hot water and there’s a button if you need “extra hot” water, but on the last morning the water would never get above lukewarm. It was around 9am so perhaps the other guests had used all of the hot water, but that’s not a situation I expect in a hotel.

Great location, friendly and readily available staff (had his personal number and could text questions on the go and get quick answers/recommendations). Highly recommended!

The property is fabulous - well thought out plan and perfect for our small family!

This suite was absolutely adorable and the decor was welcoming and not overwhelming. The staff was extremely helpful and gave us great advice for exploring the down and island upon arrival. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of storage and space for settling in. The breakfast was prepared fresh every morning and was more than enough. I would, and plan to, stay here again. I also recommend this place to anyone visiting Chania town and looking for a modern suite in a very accessible and charming location.

There are no windows. That usually bothers me. The amazing thing is that this unit is decorated so well you really don’t miss them. Great service there and overall a nice experience. ocation in Chania cannot be beat though can get a little loud with bar across the street. I imagine in high season if you are looking for quiet accommodations look somewhere else. Great bed!

Très bien placé prêt du vieux port. Accueil très bien organisé et charmant. L’hôtel n’a pas de réception... on vous demande votre heure d’arrivée par mail et on vous appelle ... pas de stress. Pleins de places dans les rues à côté pour se garer sans problème. Petit déjeuner très bien dans le petit bar juste enface. Suite Zusette très bien, décoration fait avec bcp de goût. Tout le monde parle bien en anglais .

Aisha Petite Suite was an amazing place to stay. The rooms itself was gorgeous and very large and the location unbeatable. The mother and daughter who run it are amazing and so attentive and available to anything we needed.

I spent 5 days in this lovely boutique hotel and I’ve been amazed:)
The room ( Jasmine) was super comfy and extremely clean. I loved very much.
Also location wise is perfect, just few mins walking from the harbour and the restaurants, bars, shops in the beautiful Chania town.
Also if you rented a car there is a free park area just 5 mins walking!
Breakfast are super tasty and reach.
A special thanks to the stuff that has been nice and helpful.
I will defined go back and I would advice this lovely place to everyone is looking for a nice experience in Crete
