Trochu zhoršení od minulé návštěvy
Pros:

Moc milý a usměvavý personál je rozhodně největší plus tohoto hotelu! Byla jsem zde již před 7mi lety na wellness pobytu a díky tomu jsme se rozhodli strávit tu i Silvestr, protože předchozí zkušenost byla pozitivní, v celém hotelu bylo příjemné teplo a útulno. Tentokrát jsme přišli na pokoj, kde bylo vypnuté topení a bylo tam dost chladno, naštěstí se nám to povedlo vytopit, ale v restauraci byla hrozná zima a dle recenzí se tam letos asi netopí vůbec! Aspoň na toho Silvestra to mohli vytopit, kdyz restaurace byla plná a večeře nebyla zrovna levná! Jinak tedy jídlo musím pochválit, bylo ho dost a bylo dobré, akorát tam uplne chyběly dezerty! Byl tam jen sladky štrůdl, který není můj šálek čaje a jinak nic! Ale naštěstí to aspoň zachranily milé slečny z obsluhy, které nám namichaly dobré drinky!

Cons:

Zima v restauraci večer i na snídani a žádné dezerty u Silvestrovské večeře!

Außen Hui und innen.....
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr schön und auch die Außenansicht u der Eingangsbereich sehen ansprechend aus. Rezeption ist wenig besetzt, alles lief online.

Cons:

4 Sterne sehen anders aus. Die Zimmer sind ok, leider keine Steckdosen in Bettnähe, die Nachttischlampen fielen fast auseinander. Beim genaueren Hinschauen unsauber. Putzfrau hat nur Betten gemacht, Mülleimer geleert u neue Handtücher hingelegt. Lüftung im Bad funktionierte nur teilweise, der Duschkopf war sehr undicht u überall spritzte das Wasser raus. Die absolute Enttäuschung war für unseren Mädelstrip der Wellness Teil, für Sauna u einen Whirlpool 90 Minuten über 60 Euro. Dafür sind wir lieber einen GANZEN Tag in die Therme gefahren (Trixi-Park - sehr empfehlenswert auch für Familien).

Es war eine gute Entscheidung in das Hotel zu Silvester zu fahren.
Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstück war super und das Menü am Silvesterabend war auch super.
Lage des Hotel war auch gut und es gab Möglichkeiten zum Parken.

Cons:

Das Bett war ungewohnt hart, aber wir haben es überlebt die eine Nacht :-)
Beim Abendbüffet hätten wir uns noch etwas mehr Gemüse und was in Richtung Nachtisch gegen 22 Uhr gewünscht.

Deutlich nachgelassen und abgewohnt
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück, einige nette Mitarbeiter

Cons:

Abendessen hat deutlich nachgelassen zum letzten Jahr, Kommunikation war nicht okay obwohl ich in Englisch und auch in tschechisch geschrieben hatte, wollte Zimmer mit Balkon und war der einzige der keinen hatte da die Schlüssel per Zufall vergeben wurden, beim zweiten Abendessen wollten sie uns die Tische nicht zusammen stellen da wir 12 Personen waren und hatten sich auch nicht sonderlich gefreut dass wir überhaupt noch mal da essen wollten

Pros:

Parkplätze direkt am Haus , großes Frühstücksbuffet, Abendessen war gut

Cons:

Zimmer 201 eigentlich nicht vermietbar. Es empfingen uns sehr unangenehme Gerüche, die auch durch Lüften nicht
endgültig zu beseitigen waren. Die Glühbirnen beider Nachttisch Lampen defekt, keine Reaktion auf unsere Info an der
Rezeption. Gutes Frühstück, aber die Raumtemperatur im Restaurant sowohl abends als auch früh unangenehm kühl.
Verständigung schwierig ( nur tschechisch und englich )
