We thought we would be on the beach ,but our place was beautiful but not in the area we thought it would be in it was about 10 min drive to where we thought .But the owner was very apologetic and compensated us for not being in the area we had thought we would be

We have stayed here before, and love it because it it close to just about everything. You can park your car, and not use it for the entire stay because the Sidewalk, beach restaurants, shops and my favorite coffee place (Above Grounds) are just steps away.

Ideally situated close to the center and beach but unusually quiet owing to it being behind the restaurants.good nights sleep and option of air conditioning or ceiling fan.

The beds were very comfortable. Ron was so helpful and nice.

We loved the location of the property - right in the heart of Placencia, making it incredibly convenient to walk to the beach and some fantastic restaurants like Rumfish, Wendy’s Creole, and Koi Sushi. Our room (Butterfly) was equipped with a stove, which we used to cook breakfast, and my kids absolutely loved that feature.

The location was great, couple minute walk to the beach and plenty of good restaurants. The customer service was amazing though. Ron was great and helped us with many different things that went above and beyond what was expected. This isn't a fancy luxury place, but it was cute and comfortable and great for our family. The AC worked great and the screened in porch was so nice!

Good location near lots of businesses, comfortable room with good bed and a/c. Owner let me check in early. Has contact info for recommended taxi, as well as recommended restaurants. Contacted taxi for me for early airport pickup next day. Highly appreciated.

Everything we needed for a short stay and the staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Right in the village and short walk to the pier as well. Definitely would recommend!

Perfect spot right off the Main Street for everything you need - restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, diving shop, pier, lagoon beach etc all just minutes walk. Tucked away in beautiful grounds so also very peaceful & quiet. Free bikes were great for moving around the peninsula. Owners very friendly.

We loved our stay in the Turtle room! We had a last minute change in our itinerary and needed a place for only one night... But we wished we had more time at this spot! The owners are very kind and responsive. The room was very comfy and cozy. I appreciated all the shelving in the rooms and bathroom. AC worked great. And the screened in porch was really wonderful to hang out on. It's also in a great location for wandering around the village.

Very central to all things happening in the village, SUP‘s and a kayak available if you’re able to get it to the water on your own, owners are right on the property and are very responsive and gracious, water is drinkable from the tap and it’s excellent, shower pressure is great, A/C is sufficient, beach towels provided, small kitchens if you’re wanting to cook. Coded door locks on each villa so you don’t have to worry about keys. Wi-Fi was good.

Check your sheets first. We found ours were dirty around bedtime and nobody to get a hold of at night. Owner was nice enough to accomade and upgrade us to a new room the next morning.

A quiet little "village" - truly - centered around a courtyard and a quick walk to the main road of the sidewalk. Less bar and dog noise than other places we have stayed. Will definitely be back!
