Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. The large studio was clean, small kitchen (microwave, fridge, kettle), comfy twin beds, nice seating area, large flatscreen tv with BBC News, One, Two, CNN etc, good shower, quiet.

Cons:

Shop had only afew basic items. Residential area with nearest supermarket shops bar etc 25 minute walk. Bus stop 15 minute walk Room overlooked houses. Taxi from airport €45. WiFi dropped out occasionally.

Pros:

We arrived at the hotel around 8 PM, but the order didn't show in the hotel's system. We couldn't get our room immediately, but the gentleman(sorry I forgot to ask his name, he is awesome) did everything to help, we really appreciate his service, it is the best part of this stay. Thank you a lot!!!! Besides, I asked several questions before we arrived, and all the questions were answered timely, thank you very much.
By the way, the hotel location is amazing!!! quiet and chill, love it.

Cons:

The check-in took nearly 3 hours, after 14-hour flights & waiting in the lobby made us fatigued and disappointed.
We entered the room that was cleaned by the reception gentleman whom we had agreed on the first night, and we were informed that there would be a formal house cleaning on the second day. However, it wasn't. We will stay for 6 days; hence, I asked for a clean on the 3rd day. However, I couldn't tell whether they came or not, cuz the waste cabin was still full....
I booked a two-bedroom but we got two single rooms, we were informed there be a refund but there is not....

The property looks fairly new and renovated, the neighborhood is calm.

Cons:

Going downtown from the hotel is quite difficult as it is not well connected.

We had issues with the AC being too cold and leaking over the bed in the middle of the night.

At the end we had to remind them all the issues we encountered to get a one free extra hour before checkout, which wasn’t offered to us in the first place. Overall we felt very disappointed and disrespected by the lack of care or apologies from the hotel.
