Buen hotel, pero el check-in con código fue muy problemático
Pros:

El hotel es bonito y las instalaciones son agradables. La habitación estaba limpia y el personal de limpieza y cocina fue muy amable. También probamos la comida y estaba muy rica.

Cons:

La experiencia de check-in fue muy mala. Llegamos casi a medianoche después de un vuelo de más de 11 horas y el código de acceso que nos enviaron no funcionaba. Tuvimos que hacer varias llamadas y enviar mensajes durante bastante tiempo antes de que nos respondieran y nos enviaran un nuevo código para poder entrar.

Además, uno de nosotros tenía un vuelo a las 4:00 a.m., así que prácticamente no pudimos descansar. Este tipo de problemas no deberían ocurrir cuando el acceso depende completamente de códigos automáticos.

Tout le reste. Vétuste, odeurs affreuses. Nous n'avons même pas osé prendre une douche. Traces de dentifrice encore dans le lavabo. Humide ++++ et le bruit de l'hôtel infernal

Está en una zona a la que ni los ubers ni los taxis quieren entrar, sobre todo de noche. Está muuuy alejada de todo.

Beautiful room.
Excellent taxi service to airport.
Gorgeous common area.
Beautiful tile work everywhere.

Cons:

Room location ( room #1) too close to dining and common areas. Very noisy with all tile floors. Conversations really carry.

Toilet seat broken.

Weird access only by access code to open entry door. (Site proclaimed no staff on site). Which i did not know until arrival.

No reception staff. All communication through what's app.
" only" stay were 2 very sweet kitchen staff.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Très bon séjour pour une nuit. C’est un hôtel autonome, c’est à dire qu’il y a personne qui nous accueille, mais cela se passe très bien.

Cons:

La wifi fonctionne très mal

Pros:

La limpieza y amabilidad de la gente es excepcional. Rubí es una chulada y me dió mucho gusto que es la segunda vez que me hospedo ahí y me reconocieron, hasta me preguntaron por mi familia. El chavito que limpia la alberca también es muy amable y educado.

Cons:

Todo estuvo bien, aunque hubo unas fallidas con el Internet, pero entiendo que no fue por ellos sino por la compañía que les da el servicio.
