Excellent all around, great staff, room and location! Try the smoothies!

Un hotel en el centro de la ciudad. Sin duda la atención es excelente, son muy atentos todos. Puedes llegar caminando a los templos principales y hay varias opciones de comida cerca.

First the staff is WONDERFUL.... the problem is the property itself... the location is good but that's where it ends.
The room has sewage odor emanating ALL the time. I'm glad I stayed just 1 night. Had a hard time breathing could not sleep all night!
Stay away from Room 401.
We stayed at other properties during our visit and had no such issue in old town.
Also if you get a road facing room you will get traffic noise.

Had a great stay here. Lovely staff who were so helpful during my stay. Room was very clean and large with nice bathroom. Room cleaned daily and some nice snack food and breakfast in the bar/dining area. I will stay again in the future.

Amazing hotel, really helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are large, and the bathroom well stocked. There is also a free snack section downstairs.

Great location - 7-Eleven is a two minute walk, and it’s a great base to explore the area by foot.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at 9 suite boutique hotel. We were traveling from the USA and did quite a bit of research on accommodations in Chiang Mai and settled on this one due to the positive reviews. The room and the hotel were very clean, and the rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures. The location in Old City is great and within walking distance to most areas within the Old City area. The staff is exceptional and went above and beyond to support us with any travel-related inquiries and assistance. Highly recommend if you are considering a stay in Chiang Mai.

The staff made the visit. They were truly fantastic.

接客も良く、設備も新しく清潔で、総合的にみて高評価です。
ただ給湯の不具合が有りお湯が出ず（別の部屋は問題無し）結局3日目の昼過ぎまで復帰せず、あまりにも残念な対応でした。
暑い国ではありますが朝晩は気温が下がるため、水シャワーはかなり苦痛です。良い点も多いホテルだけに大変残念ですがリピートはありません。

직원들의 친절함이 너무 인상적이었습니다. 조식 메뉴도 하루전에 단품으로 신청하는데 깔끔하고 맛있었습니다.
위치도 치앙마이 여행하기에 딱 좋은 위치였습니다. 단 길가 옆이라서 새벽에 폭주족(?)의 오토바이 소리가 가끔씩 들렸지만 주변 치앙마이 숙소는 아주 외곽이 아니면 거의 비슷할거라 생각됩니다~^^

Overall a nice hotel but the motorcycles noise on the street was too noisy.

コンパクトでオシャレ、スタッフの心のこもったおもてなしに感謝です。隅々までこだわりが行き届いていて快適に過ごさせて頂きました。お勧めです。

チェンマイらしいフレンドリーなスタッフがとても良かったです。場所も旧市街にあって便利でした。部屋も快適でした。唯一Wi-Fi環境が悪くて、友達と喧嘩になるほどスロー、改善を求めます。大晦日にニューイヤーパーティーをしてくれました。ドリンク2杯付き、それ以上は赤と白ワイン飲み放題でした。スタッフに又会いに行きたいと思います。

お堀に近い旧市街の中です。セブンイレブンも徒歩圏内ですし場所も良い、夜は思ったより静かで快適でした。部屋はコンパクトですが、シャワーとバスは別々で使いやすい。旧市街の中ではおススメできるホテルです。

Overall, we enjoyed staying at 9 Suite. It also runs as a coffee shop / cafe in the lobby so it has a cute woodsy rustic feel to it. The room was nice and clean, but my only gripe about this hotel is the refusal to check you in prior to 2pm.

We had flown in from the US and needless to say, we were tired after 24 hours of flying. We arrived at around 11am wanting to take a shower and rest. We were aware of the 2pm check in time so we didn’t expect our room to be ready anyway, so we left our bags there and walked around to get a SIM card for our phone and lunch. We returned at 1:30pm hoping something would be ready but the front desk said it still wasn’t. She made a “phone call” to housekeeping who said that it wasn’t 2pm yet and they were still “preparing the room.” We sat in the cafe for 30 mins and lo and behold, the second that the clock struck 2pm (there is a large digital clock on the wall by the front desk), she walked over and said our room was ready. There was no phone call made by housekeeping to inform her the room was ready, so it was obvious she was waiting until it was 2.

Not a huge deal, but just seemed kind of ridiculous that they hold to their check in time to the second (especially when we’re just just sitting there waiting for no reason).

Nice place to stay. Very spatious private bathroom. There's additional security card-entry door in lobby, felt really safe. Everything as in original photos.
The only downside is it's a bit noisy - the windows are 1 layered with poor isolation. Street nearby is not very active, but the occational scooter/motorcycle 'roaring' in empty night streets were a bit annoying.

The room has all the necessary supplies. Bathroom has good shower system, with good water pressure. The toiletries provided were sufficient. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The air conditioner is powerful enough for the weather. The location is quite good as well. It's a short walk to quite a few road side restaurants. Overall great experience.
