A nice stay ruined by deception.
Pros:

Simple but modernized hotel. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The older gentleman that works there, lied to me when I arrived at the airport and called to order the shuttle . He said they don’t offer shuttle service to the airport. I’ve stayed there before so I know he was being dishonest. I took a cab and arrived and sure enough, the shuttle buses are in the parking lot. I have no idea why he told me that lie. It really ruined the experience for me

Buen Hotel , con algunas cosas por mejorar.
Pros:

El hotel esta bien ubicado, cerca al aeropuerto pero me parece costoso el precio por noche ya que es un hotel "bed & breakfast" , osea para dormir y salir para el aeropuerto....no tiene piscina, areas para caminar, gimnasio...

Cons:

La chica que me hizo el check in ésta vez tuve que explicarle que por no recidir en Colombia estoy libre del impuesto en mi tarifa!! Queria cobrarme el impuesto y no queria entender mi explicacion🙄😡. NO ESTAN BIEN CAPACITADOS
