Cena neodpovida kvalite, ale snidane vyborna

Lokalita, bazen pro dite, vyborna snidane.

Cons:

Volala jsem v predstihu, zda je jeste otevrena kuchyn (sli jsme z tury kolem osme vecer na check-in), po ujisteni, ze kuchyn uz neni, ale ze nemame spechat a nekde se najist, ze na recepci bude kolega, jsem povazovala vse za domluvene a sli jsme tedy nejdriv na veceri. Recepce nebyla nijak osvetlena, chvilku jsme ji tedy hledali (byla uz tma). Na recepci nas privital zjevne otraveny pan od security, prvni reakce na muj pozdrav a informaci, ze jsem volala a mame rezervovany pokoj mi sdelil, ze o nicem nevi a ze nevi s kym jsem mluvila. Nebyl prijemny. Az kdyz jsem mu dala najevo, ze se da komunikovat i min otravene, byl uz o poznani milejsi, dal mi karty od pokoje a popral dobrou noc se slovy, ze doufa, ze uz nebudeme nic potrebovat a nebudeme ho budit. Asi to myslel z legrace (doufam), ale po celodenni ture jsme se tesili do postele a po jeho “privitani” uz nas humor opustil.
Pokoj byl podprumer v porovnani s jinym ubytovanim ve stejne lokalite a nizsi cenu, vybaveni uz ma rozhodne nejlepsi roky za sebou, gumickou na vlasy uvazany drzak na toaletni papir nebo nedrzici sprcha v pokoji za 3300 za noc bych necekala. Topeni netopilo, povleceni bylo flekate, hodne prachu na koberci. Ale to jsou asi detaily, ktere bych cekala v pokoji za polovicni cenu. Recepcni se nas na spokojenost ci feedback ani nezeptala, coz se mi stalo asi poprve a to jsem v Harrachove byla uz nekolikrat, proto pisu feedback sem. Dite (9 let) si bazen uzilo, tak aspon tak. Za me cena neodpovida kvalite a do tohoto hotelu se uz nevratim. Ani doporuceni bohuzel nemohu dat.

Byli jsme zde už vicekrat.,ke potřeba trocbu zainvestovat. Pro rodiny s malými dětmi ale ideálni.
Pros:

Personál vstřicný,hezké místo na výlety,okoli super. Jidlo nám chutnalo.
Pokoje naproti v budově hezké.

Cons:

Zařizeni by htělo obnovit. Zarezlé šrouby bazénu,nefunkčni trysky, dveře u záchodu na chodbě nešly uplně zavřit.

Prostředí kolem hotelu bylo fajn.. Venkovní dětské hřiště se tady nacházelo. Bazén byl na plavání dostačující.
Snídaně a večeře byli výborné.

Cons:

Starší vybaveni.
Pavučiny kolem oken a v koupelni byla plíseň.
zatuchlý smrad v pokoji.

Krásné okoli, v blízkosti centra v klidném prostředí.

Cons:

Měli jsme objednaný čtyřlůžkový pokoj , místo toho jsme dostali dvojlůžkový s přistýlkou.
Pro 2 dospělé a 2 děti nedostatečné.
Nebyli jsme upozornění, že nebude v provozu bazén
