Estadia impecável. Quartos espaçosos, limpos e confortáveis. Recepção muito atenciosa. Destaque para o atendente Tum que nos auxiliou com passeios pela cidade. Único ponto que poderia melhorar seria ter opção de suco natural no café da manhã.

Since the day one to the end, the staff were friendly and polite, especially the staff PAM who sever us at the restaurant.

Feels more like a condominium than resort. Asked for a room with view, was given a room in the middle of buildings, obstructed view all around. Realised there are rooms with unblocked views and ask to change in the afternoon. Reception said no changes after 2pm. Honestly disappointed.

The staff was super friendly and the morning buffet was delicious, even if it had some not so breakfast choices. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed. Highly recommend this hotel for a affordable but luxury feel.

水回り綺麗で、ご飯も美味しくて、騒音も聞こえず、とても最高のホテルでした！何よりホテルが可愛い！！飛行機まで時間があったため、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれました。Aタイプのコンセントが刺さる場所が1箇所で2口しかなかったため、Cタイプの変換プラグを、持参するといいなと思いました。また利用したいです！！

Pros:

Positives - very clean room and good lobby service. Decent restaurant. Very good breakfast. Pools were fine for the kids (too shallow for real swimming though). Generally very child-friendly hotel.

Negatives - attempted to charge us 1250 Bt for the airport pick up they advertise on their amenities. it costs 140-300 on Grab. 140 if you use one of the taxi agencies in the airport. this is just a con. dont fall for it. The location is terrible - near nothing at all and you cant even walk because its on a superhighway with no paved walkways. Had to take Grab taxis everywhere. If you stay here, expect to spend upwards of 400 bt per day on taxis alone if you want tosee anything.

Overall its fine. Have it as an option when making your decision, but there are probably more conveniently located hotels out there in Chiang Mai.

Pros:

The rooms are nice, modern and clean. But some things need improvement: WiFi was not usable, and for 5 days they kept saying: ‘we’ll have it fixed’. Nothing changed during our stay. The chairs in the restaurant urgently need replacement. They are so dirty and stained that you’ll loose all appetite looking at them.
Some clean towels still had stains in them.
