Very disappointed as I had expected better from phoyos and claims. Staff however were very polite and tried to be helful

This is the worst experience. This is not a hotel. This is worse than a guest lodging.
Pros:

Spacious room. Other than that there is nothing to appreciate.

Cons:

there was no hot water. there was lizard in washroom. they served leftover food from dinner in breakfast, the pillow covers and bedsheets are not properly cleaned, construction noise from the adjacent site keeps bothering since 6 in the morning. staff tries to justify all the drawbacks instead of acknowledging them.
