Everything good caring customer service
I enjoyed my stay at Golden Tulips. There services were great, from the friendly receptionist to the wonderful waiters and great food options to beautiful rooms that had all the necessary toiletries need. It was value for money and would come back again and again. A must recommend to my friends and colleagues to stay at the hotel. I recommend trying them.

Nothing, i enjoyed my stay
I have enjoyed all the service and I like the way that Bridget is well coming the customers she is really lovely garil I like the rooms and Catherine prepared very very well may God bless you all and the food was very delicious mostly the pastries , I liked the live band on Friday . Those who I have mentioned are supposed to be supported by incentives from the company

The room was very good, and the food was nice. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly, especially Selam.
I enjoyed the services offered by the hotel, especially the house keeping and the foods.
I especially want to appreciate Md. Katherine, the housekeeper who was assigned to 5th floor. She was very professional doing her work.

Generally the location is accessible, the atmosphere is friendly and warm, the rooms are always clean - Thanks to housekeeping🙂There was no unnecessary noise that could cause any disruption. The services are worthwhile right from reception to restaurant to conference to rooms. It was lovely being here💐💐💐
Hôtel location is great with good atmosphere specially on Friday with music live band , wonderful food - I spent good stay and come back every time I go to Kampala
Good place to be, we the members of world bank had a good time . We were treated with value. Had the best bites, our breaks were really tasty. We loved the wings, cassava, chicken was tasty. Actually we wanted to thank that chef but we didn't meet him or her. But the break tea bites wea really made well and there was persistence in the flavours . Thx thx
