Håller inte vad Hotels-bokningen utlovat
Pros:

Hotellet ligger centralt beläget, nära Nuwara Eliyas lilla stadskärna. Någon terrass mot bergen som det utlovades i bokningen fanns dock inte, det fanns faktiskt ingen terrass alls förutom en – som hörde till ett rum där man bodde 10 personer enligt hotellpersonalen. Vattenflaskor och hygienartiklar i badrummet (som också utlovats i bokningen) fick vi inte heller. Plus för spännande utbud av frukost.

Pros:

Great location, good service! Room didn’t have balcony, fan or towels as was written in description. Still nice place to stay for night or two.
