Kameralny hotel na stoku.
Pros:

Lokalizacja świetna, cisza i spokój dookoła. Śniadania smaczne. Personel na śniadaniu bardzo dobrze wszystko ogarniał i dbał o czystość. Ogólny wystrój hotelu przyjemny dla oka. Czyste pokoje i bardzo dobrze urządzone. Wszystko było idealnie przemyślane i funkcjonalne.

Cons:

Obsługa trochę niemiła. Strefa spa w ograniczonych godzinach bardzo na minus, po wyznaczonych godzinach mozna było zapłacić i zarezerwować tylko dla siebie. Jak już to powinny być dwie sauny przy czym druga bardziej kameralna na wynajem indywidualny. Jedno gniazdko do ładowania w pokoju dwuosobowym.

Gut aber verbesserungsbedürftig
Pros:

Die Lage und das Essen waren gut

Cons:

Wenn ich 2 Zimmer buche, dann möchte ich nicht ein im 1 Stock und 1 im 3 Stock.
Es wäre auch schön wenn die Fernseher smart wären um bei schlechtem Wetter mal einen Film in der Sprache zu schauen.

Ruhiger und erholsamer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt wunderbar ruhig am Rande des Ortes,direkt unterhalb der Schanzen.
Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet,sehr nettes Personal.

Dobrze urządzony hotel, dający możliwość miłego wypoczynku. Dobre śniadanie w pięknej restauracyjce.
Pros:

Bardzo ładnie urządzony hotel. Ciekawi mnie kto był projektantem wnętrz. Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Spędziliśmy tam miły czas.

Cons:

Część zewnętrzną obszaru. Leżaki były stare, rozwalające się. Stoliki zewnętrzne powinny być odnowione. Wszystko to mogłoby zdobić przestrzeń, zamiast ją szpecić.

Excellent location with amazing restaurant
Pros:

Excellent location to explore the area from, super friendly and helpful stuff and the food in the restaurant was an amazing surprise - we had two great dinners and wish we could have had more!

Cons:

The opening times of the sauna are a bit limited, since it is reserved for private treatments in the evening.

Praktické vybavení pokoje, všude naprosto čisto. Skvělý, milý a komunikativní personál i obsluha v restauraci. Cestovali jsme se 2 psy, i o ty je zde perfektně postaráno. Všude misky s čerstvou vodou, na pokoji připravené pelíšky. Snídaně bohaté, pestrý výběr všeho možného. Jídlo v restauraci chutné.

Ich kann das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen!
Pros:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat absolut gestimmt. Sehr nettes Personal, sehr um unseren Hund besorgt, sauber, ruhig gelegen (genau das, was wir gesucht haben) - kurz: es gab für uns nix zu meckern!
Das Frühstück war topp 👍!
