Séjour très décevant. Nous sommes arrivés le vendredi 3 juillet et nous quittons l’hôtel le lundi 6 juillet : pendant tout le séjour, nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude dans le bâtiment. L’hôtel a affiché un message indiquant un incident technique avec un délai annoncé de 48h, mais le problème n’était toujours pas résolu au moment du départ.
Nous étions avec un enfant de 5 ans, ce qui a rendu la situation très compliquée pour les douches et l’hygiène quotidienne. Nous sommes tombés malades pendant le séjour, ce qui a encore aggravé l’expérience.
En plus de cela, l’hôtel n’était pas à la hauteur : propreté insuffisante, équipements moyens, aucun geste commercial proposé, même pas une bouteille d’eau mise à disposition malgré la gêne subie.
J’ai demandé une solution ou un remboursement, mais on m’a indiqué qu’il fallait passer par Booking. Je ne suis pas satisfaite du tout de ce séjour.
J’ai agréablement apprécié l’ensemble de l’établissement et plus le bar qui est très agréable
Le logement ou j’étais y avait un petit problème de Clim qui ne refroidissait pas
Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, très bien fournis et un personnel tres accueillant et agréable au buffet petit déj.
Personnel au chek-out très agréable.
Pas d'eau chaude, aucune décoration dans la chambre, mobilier vétuste (le même qu'il y à 20 ans).
Chambre supérieure avec vue mer, pas trouvé le côté supérieure et la vue mer n'est pas en face, la chambre donne sur l'immeuble d'en face.
Lieu calme et paisible, avec une très belle vue.
J'ai demandé un autre mouchoir pour mon bébé au restaurant de l'hôtel. On m'a répondu que c'était limité à un mouchoir par personne, puisque j'en avais déjà utilisé un.
