Es war alles sehr sauber! Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter war sehr bemüht. Das Thermenangebot/Freizeitangebot ist mehr als ausreichend und war unter der Woche nie überladen. Die Massage im Deluxe Spa bei Cinthia wurde sehr professionell durchgeführt. Das Essen war ein Traum und mit 3 Mahlzeiten täglich mehr als genug. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

War ok, aber zu teuer für das Angebot.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sauber und schön - gute Lage! Essen war gut - Service freundlich.

Cons:

Sehr weitläufig zum gehen in die einzelnen Bereiche - Handtuchtausch wäre toll wenn es einen zweiten Spot geben würde!
Reinigungspersonal grüßt nicht.
Preislich sehr hoch für den Standart.

Pros:

Überaus leckeres und vor allem frisches essen, das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommen und hilfsbereit.
Viele verschiedene Möglichkeiten sich zu entspannen!!!
Einzig die vom Hotel zugeteilten bzw reservierten Liegen sind gut gemeint aber etwas mühsam, da man sich den Platz nicht aussuchen kann. Jedoch besteht die Möglichkeit sich die Liegen im Voraus zu reservieren, was wir nicht wussten und am 2ten Tag konnten wir dann die Liegen sogar tauschen. Somit alles gut!!!
Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!!!
