Om 16.00 uur kwamen wij aan om in te checken. Hoewel onze inchecktijd vanaf 13.00 uur was, was onze kamer nog niet klaar. We moesten ongeveer een half uur wachten voordat we de kamer konden betreden.

Toen we uiteindelijk de kamer binnenkwamen, merkten we direct verschillende problemen. Er kwam vuil uit de waterleiding. Het beddengoed bevatte vlekken en de handdoeken waren geel verkleurd. Toen ik mijn gezicht met een handdoek afdroogde, kwam er zelfs een blonde haar op mijn gezicht terecht. Daarnaast werkte de airconditioning niet.

De volgende dag hebben wij bij de receptie aangegeven dat de airconditioning gerepareerd moest worden en dat de kamer grondig schoongemaakt moest worden. Vervolgens werd ons aangeboden om naar een andere kamer te verhuizen. Helaas bleek ook deze kamer dezelfde problemen te hebben.

We hebben meerdere keren bij de receptie aangegeven dat de airconditioning niet werkte. Iedere keer werd ons verteld dat ernaar gekeken zou worden. Helaas is er tot aan onze laatste verblijfsdag niets aan de airconditioning gedaan en is deze niet gerepareerd.

Wij vinden het zeer teleurstellend dat onze klachten meerdere keren zijn gemeld, maar dat er gedurende ons gehele verblijf geen passende oplossing is geboden. Dit heeft ons verblijf aanzienlijk negatief beïnvloed.

Slechte hotel!
Pros:

Niets!

Cons:

Bijde slaapkamers waren bij aankomst 35 graden. En in beide slaapkamers deed de airco het niet. De kussens waren te hard en de minibar deed het niet. Wij hebben niet kunnen slapen.

El hotel está en pésimas condiciones. Casi abandonado. La habitación con roturas en aire acondicionado, cisterna del WC rota con agua toda la noche, ventana rota y agua no potable cayendo en el lavabo. El plato de ducha con suciedad acumulada. Lamentable la atención en recepción ante lo inaceptable de la situación. Evitad este hotel.

extrem schmutzig. Keine weiteren Gäste vorhanden. Auf der obersten Etage wird die ganze Nacht laut gefeiert.

Hotel a fuire et jamais venir séjourner
Pros:

Il ni avait pas d'eaux chaude et la climatisations ne fonctionne pas .
Nous avions passé un séjour vraiment très très mal .
Alors que nous avions payé le prix fort .
Je déconseille de venir a cette hotel

kesinlikle hiçbir şeyini beğenmedim!

hayatımda gördüğüm en kötü otel (otel denirse tabi) diyebilirim. Kahvaltı dahil olmasına rağmen (2-3 tabak koyup açık kahvaltı diye yazmışlar, 8 de uyanıp gittik ne kahvaltı ne çay hiçbir şey yoktu kafalarına göre 2-3 tabak koyuyorlar ya da hiç uğraşmıyorlar, 3. günden sonra kahvaltı için yukarı çıkıp da vakit kaybetmek bile istemedik çünki yiyecek hiçbir şey yok!) ortada bi kahvaltı yoktu resepsiyona sorduğumuzda ise hiçbir şekilde yardımcı olmadılar el değişti gibi bi bahane sundular ama yalan olduğu çok net belli, gece otelde canlı konser varmış sözde (bazı yorumlarda fuhuş yuvası diyen bile var) tüm gece müzik- dışarıdan gelen bağırtılar eşliğinde uyuyamadık, 1 hafta kalmamıza rağmen oda temizliği olmadı, oda zaten kirli ve örümcek ağı vardı, havluların arasından saç falan çıktı! konumu da çok kötü asla tavsiye etmiyorum. Yorumlara dikkat etmeden tuttuk oteli meğersem her gelen mağdur edilmiş, otele alınmayanlar bile var. Paranızı ve vaktinizi çöpe atmayın!

Proche de l'aéroport, l'hôtel pas cher , personnel gentil

Cons:

Personnel ne parlent que le turc, difficile pour communiquer , de la musique proche de l'hôtel jusqu'à 3h du matin, petit déjeuner minimaliste pas de café ., hôtel un peu décadent.
