hayatımda gördüğüm en kötü otel (otel denirse tabi) diyebilirim. Kahvaltı dahil olmasına rağmen (2-3 tabak koyup açık kahvaltı diye yazmışlar, 8 de uyanıp gittik ne kahvaltı ne çay hiçbir şey yoktu kafalarına göre 2-3 tabak koyuyorlar ya da hiç uğraşmıyorlar, 3. günden sonra kahvaltı için yukarı çıkıp da vakit kaybetmek bile istemedik çünki yiyecek hiçbir şey yok!) ortada bi kahvaltı yoktu resepsiyona sorduğumuzda ise hiçbir şekilde yardımcı olmadılar el değişti gibi bi bahane sundular ama yalan olduğu çok net belli, gece otelde canlı konser varmış sözde (bazı yorumlarda fuhuş yuvası diyen bile var) tüm gece müzik- dışarıdan gelen bağırtılar eşliğinde uyuyamadık, 1 hafta kalmamıza rağmen oda temizliği olmadı, oda zaten kirli ve örümcek ağı vardı, havluların arasından saç falan çıktı! konumu da çok kötü asla tavsiye etmiyorum. Yorumlara dikkat etmeden tuttuk oteli meğersem her gelen mağdur edilmiş, otele alınmayanlar bile var. Paranızı ve vaktinizi çöpe atmayın!

Personnel ne parlent que le turc, difficile pour communiquer , de la musique proche de l'hôtel jusqu'à 3h du matin, petit déjeuner minimaliste pas de café ., hôtel un peu décadent.

Klima Anlage hat nicht funktioniert. Wir haben mit Frühstück gebucht. Es gab aber keine. Keine Entschuldigung. Seife war leer, wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Zimmer ist in 3 Tagen nicht sauber gemacht. War Katastrophe. Bitte nicht buchen Alptraum
Todo mal, cuando llegamos comentaron que no había servicio, reclamé por mi dinero y dijeron que se debía hacer por medio de booking. Me tocó ir a buscar otro hotel a esa hora.
Booking jamás me respondió por mi dinero porque supuestamente el hotel reportó que yo hice check in, cuando ni siquiera me dieron acceso.
No reserven en este hotel, es una estafa!!!
This hotel was closed for renovations but continued to sell the rooms. We get there at late evening May 14, 2026 but there was nobody to meet us, hotel was dark. We went outside and some work man said the hotel is closed. I send several letters to the owner but got no answers. Stay away from this scammers

Helaas toen wij bij het hotel aankwamen wat we al een half jaar ervoor geboekt hadden bleek het hotel ‘Under construction’ we konden er niet verblijven en moesten naar een ander hotel
Nous sommes arrivés à 3h du matin, l’hôtel était vide, un homme nous a accueilli en disant que l hôtel est en travaux et que c’était notifié sur le site ( totalement faux car il est toujours possible de réserver actuellement). Nous avons dû reprendre un autre hôtel et nous n’avons pas eu de remboursement de cet hôtel !
That was aweful - the hotel just refused to accept me despite I had my reservation already paid. Then I waste about 3 hours to try to explain the problem to hotel staff, they lied to me several times, then manage Booking.com claim, spent money for 2 international calls for about an hour (speaking to AI and awaiting mostly), then to find out another more expensive hotel, reach it etc. I did not get my rest, I was in danger etc, just because of scam hotel guys, and also due to absolutely inresponsible Booking.com.
So, my experience - never again!
Booking.com just gets money and then is responsible for nothing. They offered me 14 EUR of compensation. No way, guys! Leave that money with you, as I lost much much more because of you, so that was the last time I paid using Booking.com.
It would be good if the reception staff paid more attention to the way they communicate with hotel guests. Then the hotel’s system could run in a more organised and appropriate way.
I want to share my experience to warn others.
We had a booking at this hotel from the 2nd to the 4th. When we arrived late at night, it was already obvious something was wrong — there were no lights on at all. At first, we thought maybe the reception lights were just off, but at the entrance we were met by two men who, quite rudely, told us the hotel was closed and that “the money would be returned”.
However, there was no cancellation on the booking, and the payment had already been taken.
They took us to a nearby hotel and basically told them, “deal with it yourselves”. The staff there initially refused to check us in, saying it wasn’t their responsibility. I had to go back and argue why I should be dealing with this at all, when my booking was with the original hotel.
Eventually, another man showed up and said they would cover the cost, so we were finally checked into the neighbouring hotel.
But that wasn’t the end of it.
The next day, when we returned, our belongings had already been packed. We were asked if we wanted to extend our stay. I explained that we had already paid for two nights, and at first they agreed.
However, the following morning we were told we couldn’t leave until we paid for the second night. So essentially, we had already been charged for the original hotel, but they were trying to charge us again at the second hotel.
Meanwhile, the reception at the original hotel was always empty — no one there to speak to or resolve anything.
Luckily, one of the staff members at the second hotel was understanding. She knew how bookings work and realised we were being charged twice, so she personally contacted the owners to sort it out.
In the end, we lost half a day, a lot of time, and a lot of nerves, and it nearly disrupted our travel plans.
Overall, this felt extremely unprofessional, aggressive, and honestly quite close to a scam.

Angaben fehlen komplett auf der Seite ,haben nicht angegeben das sie im Umbau sind .Mitten in der Nacht mussten wir es erfahren und wurden vo anders hin gebracht
Nulla non abbiamo potuto soggiornare dato che ci hanno comunicato solo al nostro arrivo che l’hotel era sotto ristrutturazione e che non potevano farci nulla nonostante la nostra prenotazione é avvenuta 5 mesi fa.
Lo staff rimasto non parlava nemmeno inglese, nessun avviso ma soprattutto non ci hanno trovato un’altra camera senza pagare. Ci hanno pappato una camera a 60€ affianco all’hotel. Prendere o lasciare. Erano le 9 di sera.
the location of the hotel is in the middle of city big parking problems if you are driving there best avoid as most likely you wont get parking nearby , the hotel was closed for renovations so i never got to stay there but was simple told off at the enterence to go fish for another place to stay
