Don’t understand how this hotel has such a high rating? Management needs to evalute their cleaning standards!! Found dust underneath bed and in the air the minute I walked into the room and started the ac. The in-room onset/hot tub and shower had mold forming in the grout between the tiles. Last but not least the drain at the outdoor saunas started to backup and flood the floor; make sure you are wearing slippers or some kind of foot covers.

不會服務的差勁飯店

第一次反應不乾淨就應該要協助更換房間，還說沒有房間可以更換，請我們在現場等房間，在現場等換床罩、床巾整整等30分鐘最後到好一小時。最後是客人要求才願意給其他房，最後才幫忙換到了18樓。
一句道歉、一句給客人添困擾都沒有的。連補償更不用說
其實就是服務上由上到下都超爛，沒有軟實力。以前來是覺得連早上看到客人也不會說早安，現在更想給你們一個爛字

Pros:

地理位置便利，服務親切有禮，房間也很舒適，浴室景觀也不錯，這價位這品質幾乎沒有對手，唯一缺點是房門的隔音不好甚至關燈還會有光透進來，不過整體來說是願意在此入住的飯店。

值得期待的酒店、好停車
Pros:

第二次旅遊礁溪剛好都選中麒麟酒店，因為交通方便、停車車位充足，可以充電，乾淨、房內有溫泉、安靜舒適，另外公共spa區域有管理、大毛巾、鞋櫃、廁所、加鎖的櫃子、沖洗室、泳衣換下來洗好有脫水機，很安心方便

部屋の温泉は、快適でした。
テレビでYouTube見れるし、最高です。
部屋のテレビが大きいので、テレビ見ながら、温泉も入れます。
洗面所にハンドソープが無いのだけが不便でした。
ホテルの隣にある、パン屋さんが美味しかったので、朝食無しにして良かったです。
このホテルは、オススメです。

很舒適的體驗
Pros:

房間的個人湯池很乾淨，床的軟硬適中，早餐不錯公設還有泳池和spa可以使用，整體住宿體驗舒適，員工從大廳接待到房務阿姨都笑瞇瞇地讓人感受很好~唯一美中不足的是，我們住的6樓房間門外一抬頭就能看到天花板很像壁癌的污漬，可能宜蘭真的太潮濕吧，雖然無礙住宿體驗但還是覺得要處理一下比較好。
