Room was awful service was good

Had to push the door open to get in
Was issued a refund on 21st and still haven’t received it
The walls in the room were molded, had a bath and the walls in room were soaking with water

Beautiful Belfray!!
Pros:

The staff are extremely helpful and the food is amazing, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are very clean and tidied every day , would highly recommend to anyone

A homely hotel with great staff - will be back.
Pros:

Fantastic value for money. Staff were extremely friendly and took a genuine interest in us, assisting in whatever way they could. Breakfast was superb and will definitely stay again.
