Adequate for a quick stop over
Pros:

Clean and bright .
Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was tasty.

Cons:

Hot water was inconsistent and often lukewarm.
One evening my partner and I managed a hot shower after running the shower for around 10 minutes first. The next morning there was no hot water , it was lukewarm.
The mattress was in real need of replacement, one side completely collapsed when sat or laid on.
It was hard to find staff in the evening after 10 pm and in the morning , reception wasn’t manned for checkout , some people had just left keys on desk and walked off.
Breakfast was tasty staff were not very friendly.

Pros:

It was a great location and the night check in crew were wonderful. We had an excellent dinner at the Belfray which was appreciated since we’d been driving all day and didn’t want to go out again.

Cons:

I was very sad to get a room that looked out to nothing but walls. No view at all! Just walls and the roof of the ceiling below. Completely closed in. I had booked rooms months before and there was NO mention of this. When I told the man at the front desk the next morning that I was very disappointed he could not have cared less. Kind of leaves a bad taste in my mouth for the place.

Fire alarm false alarm ruined it
Pros:

Breakfast was fine, comfortable beds.

Cons:

Fire alarm (false alarm) went off at 6am, no real apology and no discount for a very disturbed sleep. They said it was "someone having a shower with the bathroom door open" but no apology, no offer of refund. Otherwise, OK stay.

Would definately stay here again !
Pros:

Location was excellent with easy access to city center. Belfry had a wonderful pub with food options. Additionally, they offered a delicious breakfast. Extended my stay an additional night because of the accomodations.
