Pros:

The room was good, clean and as expected. Well sited location and quiet.

Cons:

The lift was not working at all during my stay which was a nightmare as I was on the top floor

Хорошие апартаменты в самом центре города. Всё чисто, аккуратно и ухоженно. Заезд и регистрация прошли быстро и без каких-либо сложностей — всё организовано просто и понятно. Отдельно хочется отметить приятный и отзывчивый персонал на ресепшене. Очень красивый вид на крепость

Cracovia merita di essere visitata... bella città
Pros:

Mi dispiace fare questo commento non del tutto positivo perchè in fondo l'hotel ci è piaciuto per come è attrezzata la camera (luxury matrimoniale) e la vicinanza al centro è buona (poco più di 10 minuti a piedi). Però quello che non abbiamo trovato assolutamente il linea con il resto della camera è il letto. Materassi non di buona qualità e soprattutto incassati tra sponde di legno che non permettono di rifarli opportunamente. Dopo 5 minuti che ti sei steso il letto è già disfatto. Un'altra cosa che non ci è piaciuta è che un giorno abbiamo richiesto di riordinare la camera e non l'hanno fatto.

Cons:

Sostituire assolutamente il letto ed effettuare il riordino della camera quando viene richiesto.

Dobra lokalizacja by spędzić czas w Krakowie
Pros:

Miejsce parkingowe zaraz przy wejściu, apartament czysty, zadbany. Jest klima, kosmetyki. Bardzo wygodnie salon z aneksem plus sypialnia.

Cons:

Apartament nie miał okien ani widoku, który był reklamowany. 2 małe okna w suficie. Nie ma możliwości zjeść nic w budynku, ale w pobliżu jest dużo miejsc.
