Bardzo miła obsługa zarówno w recepcji jak i restauracji. Pokoje duże, komfortowe. Parking w garażu z miejscem na rowery. Dostęp do prądu do ładowania rowerów.

Pros:

Lokalita, velmi slusna snidane vyberem i kvalitou a taky velikost pokoje.

Cons:

Zanedbany pokoj a jeho uklid, pred nasim prijezdem v nem jiste nebylo vyluxovano. Ze zrcadla v koupelne couhajici draty. To ze by pokoji sluselo vymalovat bych byl jeste ochoten prejit, ale spinu ne. Vrzajici postel, nepohodlne polstare.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, 3Sterne nicht verdient.
Pros:

Das Essen im Coolino dem Restaurant ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück war okay. Man muss aber selber abräumen. Das gehört in einem Hotel aber eigentlich zum Service.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir sind nicht anspruchsvoll, aber es war nicht sauber, die Wände beschmiert und Silberfische waren auch da. Es gab keinen Kühlschrank ( im Sommer schlecht), keinen Ventilator bei über 30grad Tag wie Nachts unter dem Dach.Von Erholung keine Spur. Das Zimmermädchen hat unser Trinkgeld genommen, aber nichts dafür getan. Das fand ich schon sehr unverschämt. Wir sind dann auch eher zurück gefahren. Schade, wir kennen auch bessere Unterkünfte im Ort.

Vzhledem k probíhající stavbě za hotelem to nebylo úplně komfortní, ale když tam je člověk pracovně dá se to přežít. Upř

Cons:

V letních měsících obzvlášť v podkroví by byla fajn klimatizace případně nějaký odtah. Stavba v 6h ráno pod okny nic moc, ale chápu že to nikdo z hotelu asi neovlivní. Trochu by to chtělo zatlačit na údržbu sprchové kouty mají slabší odtok a důsledkem toho vytéká voda bokem přes zástěny, které jsou špatně odizolovány

Kokybė Krkonošių kalnuose
Pros:

Kokybiški, tvarkingi apartamentai Vrchlabi centre. Kai neinate į žygius kalnuose, ar šiaip vakare, aplink pilna jaukių vietų: parkas, aikštės ir kavinės. Numeris tvarkingas, patogus. Esu sunkai vaikštantis (be vežimėlio). Viskas labai patogu: parkavimas (atvykome vėlai vakare, aištelė buvo apypilnė, bet vietos radome), liftas, patekimas į numerį. Viskas pilnai pritaikyta ir patogu ir neįgaliesiems. Užsakymo metu nebuvo paminėta, kad numeriai yra papildomamame pastate šalia pagrindinio viešbučio. Vėliau paaiškėjo, kad tai nesudarė jokių problemų. Labai aiški informacija apie patekimą į patalpas, o iki pusryčių pagrindiniame pastate tik keliasdešimt metrų. Pusryčiai standartiniai kaip viešbučiui, bet tikrai skanūs, gausūs, švieži ir kokybiški. Ačiū.
