El precio justo y funcionamiento del aire acondicionado y wifi

La ubicación es buena
Se escucha absolutamente todo, no se puede tener una noche cómoda debido al ruido que hacen, el desayuno lo sirven en otro hotel que queda a cuadra y media.

La habitacion que me ofrecieron no era la que me ubicaron.
La señora que estaba en la recepcion era de muy mala cara, no se le podia decir nada porque hacia una cara desde que llegamos en la mañana el tv no servía y se le informo y hasta que nos pusimos ya como serios en la noche lo arreglaron y era un cambio de control. Me dieron una habitacion donde se escuchaba todo el ruido de la recepcion en la noche les daba por correr mesas y sillas y no respetaban, no teníamos ventana, era un encierro no sabiamos si hacia llovia hacia sol o que, se fue el agua caliente y la verdad preferi bañarme con agua fria, para no tener que aguantarme la cara de la señora, mi esposo si hablo con la señoria del aseo se las habitaciones y ella si le ayudo para que saliera agua caliente. Mo tenian un destapador que es lo mas basico que deberian tener por si los huespedes necesitaban uno, y lo peor de todo fue que salieron dos cucarachas en la noche y eso que ese dia habían hecho aseo. La verdad muy mal servicio al cliente, en todo lado que fuimos nos atendieron demasiado bien menos en el hotel.
Yo decidí tomar este hotel por el puntaje que tenia en la aplicacion Booking, pero nada que ver con la realidad.

Excelente desayuno, aunque no se sirve en el mismo alojamiento, el restaurante queda muy cerca y en un barrio muy agradable y seguro.
