El hotel tienes unas instalaciones muy buenas, acogedoras y que llenan tus expectativas. Además el personal es muy amable y atento con tus necesidades.

Hermoso lugar , para descansar y compartir, súper cercano a la cuidad y con un grupo de servicio súper cordial, doña Yohana y Felipe muy amables
Es imposible que algo no te guste
El desayuno muy rico y el lugar muy bonito y cómodo, con un aire de calor familiar.
El tema de que no estuviera el recepcionista sino hasta las 9 de la mañana retrasó la salida temprano porque no se había hecho el check in.
Las instalaciones están muy bien conservadas
En la piscina hubo muchos insectos
El personal es sumamente amable, el desayuno es rico y variado todo los días, está súper cerca de PANACA, a 9min en carro de Quimbaya y a 40min en carro de Filandia.
No tienen servicio de restaurante por lo que tienes que volver al hotel después de cenar o pedir un domicilio que cuesta entre 15mil o 20mil el transporte
Es muy tranquilo, muy bonito y cerca de quimbaya
La piscina es un poco pequeña y a veces se notaba un poco sucia

El restaurante un poco demorado con los pedidos pero la comida es deliciosa

Está cerca a Panaca, las habitaciones son amplias y la relación precio está bien
Todo se escucha… casa tiene un espacio común y si hay otras personas hospedadas literal todo se escucha incluso entre habitaciones. Además que vimos varias cucarachas en la habitación

La atencion y servicio al cliente es muy bueno son muy amables y es muy limpio es bonito agradable y familiar un lugar tranquilo las habitaciones son tal cual como en las fotos son bien adaptadas
