The staff at this property were extremely helpful and the location was more quiet than I had expected for the area. The rooms were spacious and clean. My main issue was the lack of vegetarian food at the breakfast and afternoon tea.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in the historic district. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and luxurious with all the needed amenities. There isn’t much storage in the rooms so it’s better for short stays. My only issue was that the pool was really cold.
An excellent hotel with a particular Thai feel about it. Great location in the old city. The staff were very friendly and attentive and dressed immaculately.
We enjoyed the complementary afternoon tea in the garden and pool area. This included drinks, sandwiches, little Thai snacks, sweets and a wide arrangement of fruits. A very welcome touch that was completely unexpected.

Probably the nicest place we saw in the old town and extremely convenient for everything. Had an amazing stay, food was great, staff was great. Absolutely no complaints about this place. Would happily stay again.

Had a wonderful stay with a friend whilst visiting Chiang Mai. The pool area is really the best part about the hotel and we enjoyed it despite the water being a bit cool. Breakfast was good too!

Hotel is in a very good location in the old city of Chiang Mai. Easy walk to some very interesting temples, on Sunday the walking street markets just outside the front door. But all the hustle and bustle of the city is not noticeable inside the hotel and it's inner courtyard. Very well trained staff, immaculately clean and comfortable. Good sized rooms, very generous minibar that is refilled every day. Tea time (2-4pm) is very nice touch. The pool was large, but cold, so it was rather a water feature, than the place to get in. Our only disappointment with this hotel was the breakfast - cold watery curries, stale cold pastries. Given the state of the breakfast we did not dine in the hotel. If ever again in Chiang Mai, we would certainly consider this place.
