Everything was absolutely amazing…!!!!

I really enjoyed my 11-day stay. The staff were incredibly kind, and whenever something came up, it was taken care of right away. The food and the location were outstanding. I give it my highest recommendations and will definitely return at some point.

The staff were kind,the property is clean and we'll kept but the WIFI is the worst we had to go down to the pool to get good WIFI. The TV doesn't work it took the maintenance group of the hotel a whole hour and a half to download Netflix on the TV and still it didn't work so surprise of how no one could fix it.
My daughter and I watched movies on our phone and we had to go download and come watch.
It's not good for the people who want to go for a holiday and work online.

Terrible

The hotel wasn’t at all as expected from photos, reviews and its 5 star rating. The whole place is run down and poorly maintained, our rooms smelled strongly of damp/mould, it wasn’t particularly clean, there was a leak from the toilet and no water pressure in the shower or hot water. We ended up checking out and going to another hotel, despite our stay being non-refundable. The breakfast wasn’t impressive either, unfortunately. The staff were polite and did offer to fix the water pressure and move us to another room once it became available. Maybe that would have been better but our overall impressions were already so disappointing, in comparison to our expectations.
It’s also important to note that the beach isn’t nice to swim on. There are a lot of rocks and corals so it’s not sandy as the pictures suggest.

Incredible hotel.. breakfast is everything. Beach is boring

The property is nice, cute rooftop, good was good. Downside: the area surrounding is not the safest, you can’t enjoy the beach in front because there are people trying to sell stuff aaaaaall the time and there are way too many sea urchins there (bring water shoes); WiFi is almost nonexistent.

Perfect ocean view and sound of the waves made for restful sleep at night.

The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Sometimes it was difficult to get the shower going but once it did, very hot. There’s a slight ant problem getting into the rooms.

Property was in a really good location and well maintained. The staff were always willing to go beyond the expectations.

This property is surly a dream. The property overall is very well kept and you can constantly see the staff doing all kinds of up keep. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is absolutely amazing; From the amazing front desk crew to the restaurant and the rooftop pub (except at the morning breakfast buffet team that were unfriendly and not attentive). My wife had several services at the spa, and she said that the service was exceptional. We travel a lot and I cant remember giving all 5 stars, I can't say enough about this place.

For that price very nice place. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was good. One night dinner was 10/10 but two nights I would say 8/10. Pool area is nice, gym is small and hot (poor air conditioning). Would recommend and visit again.

Vi hade bokat två nätter på detta hotell de sista dagarna av vår resa och det blev en stor besvikelse. Vi hade inte fungerande ac i rummet och berättade detta flera gånger till personalen under eftermiddagen/kvällen. De gjorde försök i att fixa men inget hände. Vi fick sova där första natten och rummet var väldigt fuktigt och varmt. Vi fortsatte påtala detta dagen efter och därefter gjorde de ett rumbyte. Halva vår vistelse var bara slöseri och tid fick gå åt detta problem. Överlag skulle jag säga att hotellet inte uppnådde våra förväntningar då det ska vara ett fem stjärnigt hotell. Slitna solsängar, dåligt wifi och första rummet vi fick var väldigt gammalt i jämförelse med nya. Fin utsikt över poolen och god frukost var det positiva.
