我跟家人大約14:30到飯店check in，飯店簡介明確列出15:00可以入住，端午節連假週六入住當天人潮不少，櫃台人員chech in 當下告知因為人潮多，清潔還沒完成，需要等到16:00可入住，等電話通知，等到16:00去問櫃台入住鑰匙?? 櫃台回覆：有接到電話通知嗎?經過一番查詢後回覆我因為人潮多，清潔還未完成，預計要再等到17:00才能有房間可以入住，大約10分鐘後，考量小朋友想要玩水、已經等將近2小時，決定跟櫃台反映要退訂，櫃台女性工作人員一聽到要退訂，才馬上打電話聯繫反映要退訂，不到5分鐘，馬上拿到入住鑰匙，2天1夜，花費$11656，延遲2小時入住，飯店的處理方式是讓我們隔天晚半小時check out，入住的房間真的看得出來沒人入住過，床上還發現有遺留的紅色指甲碎片，打臉櫃台所說清潔沒完成的說法。對飯店內的設施也無須抱高期待，除了spa池有人管理，兒童遊戲室基本上是放棄管理狀態。
