這是第二次入住相同的房型 但是體驗完全沒有第一次的好 感覺不太會想要去第三次

住宿位置佳 大廳服務人員親切

Cons:

早餐的咖啡機沒有安裝好,導致在裝咖啡的時候噴的到處都是,牛奶整個滴在咖啡杯以外, 另外服務人員雖然非常好心的會走來走去, 但是如果一塊麵包, 即使站在烤麵包機前, 還要一直問是你的嗎? 是你的嗎? 讓人一早心情不是很好(大概被問了三次)烤麵包機不就是一直在慢慢跑嗎?

住宿的房型是兩間獨立的臥室加上中間有吧檯和客廳的房型, 吧檯有IH爐, 由於晚餐太多,想到房間有IH爐, 應該可以加熱, 所以打包晚餐 , 但是打電話致電給服務人員, 詢問是否有IH爐鍋子可以讓我們使用加熱, 飯店櫃台表示沒有, 但一般人入住應該部會帶鍋子出門吧, 導致感覺不便 , 且沒使用到應該可以使用的設施 ! 詢問飯店解決的方法是, 可以去外面的便利商店加熱 !!

另外早上使用馬桶時, 沖馬桶時不通 , 飯店維修人員告知因為溫泉房所以可能會有結晶產生導致馬桶堵塞, 我覺得飯店方是不是應該要不定時的做檢查呢? 而不是等到客人使用遇到問題,才告知我們會有這個問題存在!! 因為馬通不通, 家人想使用等不及維修人員來維修只好到二樓餐廳的廁所, 感覺不是一晚花將近18000該享受到的飯店禮遇
