Pros:

The building and grounds are beautiful. Great security and very friendly and helpful staff. Air conditioned room and large oversized bed was wonderful. Spa and pool area were very nice.

Cons:

Shower was disappointing. Not much water pressure and one day the water was only cold and was discolored. The next morning it was back to normal. Wifi was only OK. The food in the restaurants was more expensive.than I expected. My room was very clean but there were small things that kept it from being excellent (like a bathroom light that would not turn out). I would definitely stay again, but know this is not a 5-star hotel.

The staff who took on board our complaints and changed our room.

Cons:

The rooms we booked were still in a mess with bedding being used by previous guests, T-shirts hanging on the bathroom door. Beds were not made

Godt sted!
Pros:

Rigtig fint sted. God mad. Venligt personale. Gode flotte værelser. Overordnet stille omgivelser (dog var der et bryllup om aftenen den ene dag, men det var ok).

Cons:

Poolområdet kunne godt forbedres. Rigtig mange dyr og snavs i vandet.
