Confortável e relação custo benefício equilibrada

First of all, the staff are excellent.

The rooms are decent, and the location is very handy for the Canton fair.

But make sure you book the breakfast as they charge approximately $15 for a very mediocre breakfast.

Food is often very cold, only one coffee maker for 100 or more guests

The selection of food and breakfast is good, but the quality is less than satisfactory.

It’s not hard to keep food warm, but they do not turn on the hot plates or heaters - so after moments of going out it is cold.

It could be vastly improved with a new faster coffee machine, or better again, three of them.

You’ll buy them all for the cost of one persons four day stay.

Also, switch on the heaters for the breakfast to keep it warm.

Out of a five nights stay. We only at here twice, it’s that bad. The rest of the state was excellent.

So sort out the breakfast. Don’t let yourselves be let down by reviews like this over tiny cost saving measures.

The hotel surrounding is very commercial. Hard to find food or convenient store. Hotel condition is good and quite clean. I considered it well maintained. The breakfast is good varieties of food to dessert. I liked the soya bean drink.

Reception was great and helpful. Very professional and friendly. Not speaking English the staff try their best to help.

We were upgraded to a suite because of early arrival and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly

Overpriced for the quality and service. A 21 level building with just one elevator. A/C in the rooms hard to control.

It is a wonderful hotel, clean and friendly,we will stay there if we go there next time.

Roomy and stunning view of the city. Not very close to the city centre but the bunds of exhibition centres, taking taxi is the most convenient way.

Great hotel
Lots of amenities around the facility for exciting dinning experience. Staff may not be able to guide you well but if you choose to explore, head out if main entrance and bear to left and walk a short alleyway onto a street towards your right and all you will notify is restaurants. On main highway side, good walking area to explore all sorts of shops and other stuff if you want.

Food and service was very good. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

交易会へのアクセスに近いです。ただ、近くに食事をするところは少なく、地下道を駆使し駅前に行かなくてはなりません。また天河公園も徒歩圏にあり、ジョギングする方にはおすすめ。ただ、部屋に窓がありません(笑)カーテンを開けても壁です。ですので、1階におりるまで外の様子は分かりません。また、朝食は7時からと遅く、激混みで、エレベーターはなかなか来ません。

It’s a nice hotel, great breakfast. But there was a really bad sewer smell in the lobby the whole time we were there.
It’s about an 8min walk to the subway station which is very convenient.

Air-con seems not working

Even though the language barrier was difficult to overcome, the staff tried their best to help us and they did! We were able to get to where we needed and have a good experience of Guangzhou. The deluxe double is a beautiful, spacious room that was well maintained by house keeping.

Location: good but needed a taxi everyday to travel to attractions and malls.

Staff: polite and helpful

Cleanliness: great!

The only reason I couldn’t give this hotel full marks is because the breakfast didn’t cater for everyone. Chinese food served which was extra difficult for us as we were vegetarians. However I believe this is the case in most if not all hotels.

Overall, I had a relaxing stay in my bigger than kings size bed. Thank you to all the staff! 🙏
