Laura was absolutely amazing. She was in charge of the hospitality and food, and every single day she provided outstanding service with a smile on her face. She always made me feel welcome, and I knew my mornings were going to start off great because of her positive energy and kindness. Thank you, Laura, for making such a difference and for always going above and beyond!

Just want to say your breakfast employee Laura was on top of here job. I always knew when she was on duty because things were ready at the breakfast counter at 6:00 am. The days she was off nothing was ready. Just getting something to start my 13 hour days made all the difference for me over 2 months here. Her friendly demeanor was also wonderful early in the morning. This sediment was also experienced by my employee staying here. You have a strong and focused employee in Laura and those are rare these days. Thanks for her hard work.

Horrible experience overall!
I’m extremely allergic to down feathers and requested a feather free room and when I arrived at 12:30 in the morning, what did I find but four feather pillows in the room instead of feather free!!
Then the TV and entertainment system only permitted TV networks like MTV and. Nickelodeon. All of the network channels are blocked as as well as as any of the premium services, such as Netflix
Very poor choice for how much they’re charging!
I’m also going to be complaining to Marriott corporate!

Had a great stay. 1 bedroom suite worked great for our family. Warning that bed is listed as a king on some sites. It is NOT. It is a queen. Worked okay for us but was not our preference. Laura M. who is part of the breakfast staff is the BEST! She is so kind and works to help and acts as a server...a rarity in a position where most folks just put out the food.

The hotel was very clean and conveniently located right next door to the convention center where our dance competition was. The sweet girl at the front desk (Stephanie) was absolutely precious and so very kind and always helping. The housekeeping supervisor was very friendly and even helped us get our valet full of luggage out of our room. The lady working the breakfast bar worked diligently all morning to keep the bar full. She was also super friendly. We were very impressed with the staff as well as the establishment. We stay in several hotels for dance competitions and this by far surpassed them all. Great job Marriott!!

I travel for work and stay for extended periods of time in hotels. I have loved my experience here, the staff is all very helpful and friendly, especially Laura who greats me by name every morning during breakfast.

I love going down every morning eating breakfast. Laura is amazing and very friendly. She makes you feel so welcome. The front desk staff is amazing as well.

Stayed for five weeks for management training for Ojos Locos. Laura the breakfast attendant was a ray of sunshine every morning. She was very attentive and personable. She always has a smile and goes above and beyond to put a smile on everyone’s day.

Shower was not hot enough.

Me, my wife and my daughter stayed for 12 days for a work trip. The staff was amazing! They took care of everything! Laura and Katrina were so kind. Katrina made sure we had everything we needed. And Laura took care of us every morning at breakfast. She even gave my one year old a birthday gift! I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone that needs a place in Mesquite or Dallas! You won’t be disappointed.

We have had nothing but a wonderful experience here at this hotel. My husband was down here on business and the family came along. From the moment we walked in, we felt so taken care of in a new place! KaTrina, the manager, welcomed us so warmly and upgraded our room right away. She was available for whatever we needed! Laura, the breakfast worker, had an exceptionally joyful personality and kindness. She truly takes pride in what she does for other people. Every day, we have been greeted with smiles by KaTrina, Laura, and all of the other staff here as well. We are so grateful we got to stay here at this place! Thank you so much.

The breakfast service is Great! Super attentive and friendly. The environment is very clean and comfortable. It’s a quiet location for the most part so I got some good rest. But you may hear the doors close from other rooms nearby, but that’s a given.
