Rude employees nice location
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

The heat didn’t work in our suite also was told when we first arrived they didn’t have any suites available after I had already booked and paid the attendant ended up finding us a room however it was a queen and I booked a king suite. Front desk representative I believe his name was Warren was rude he did apologize the next morning and said he was overwhelmed/frustrated but at that point it was too late.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. Laura at breakfast especially stands out with her helpfulness and hospitality. We even remembered her from a previous stay. We also appreciate the spaciousness of the room.

Outstanding Experience
Pros:

Our visit was outstanding. Great customer service. Lila was very accommodating and courteous. We had an excellent room, very clean and cozy. We were especially impressed with Laura in the breakfast area. She was super kind and efficient. The staff made the experience top-notch. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Lila is the Best!!!
Pros:

Lila at the front desk was remarkable. She handled the situation for me where the card readers wasn’t working she called Support got everything straightened out for me to make a huge inconvenience convenient for me beautiful staff..

Great family property
Pros:

Amazing expereince! Check in was smooth and easy with staff being exceptional. Especially KaTrina who was very flexible with our requests and always greeted us with a smile.

Breakfast was nice and standard but the service received by Laura was top notch. She was very attentive and had the spaces clean and organized.

Rooms were large and perfect for a family with kids.

Recommend for great value and location was great for groups traveling utlizing convention center.

Excellent choice for business or pleasure

What a joy to be greeted each morming at breakfast by Laura Monterosso. She is a true asset to your hotel. The breakfast was very good too. Room was just what we needed. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here on our next visit. Thanks Lance and Nicole Stevens.

First time visit
Pros:

Spent three night here and was very pleased. The check in process was smooth and quick. Overall cleanliness was great. Laura Monterroso that I had the pleasure seeing every morning at breakfast was fantastic. She was so friendly and ran a tight ship. Constantly cleaning and stocking the breakfast items. She would engage every guest with a smile and offer kind conversation.

Nice Room at Decent Value With Many In-Room Amenities
Pros:

I liked that the room had a refrigerator, including icebox, small stove, small dishwasher, and a small amount of kitchen items, such as cups, plates, and silverware. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The room size was decent for a solo stay, but a little small for a family. The staff at the front always was welcoming and had a smile on their face.

Cons:

I had a room by the highway. It did not bother me because I travel with a sound machine, but if I didn't have that sound machine, I'm sure I would not have liked that traffic noise when asleep. Additionally, the continental breakfast was typical quality for these types of free breakfasts, but definitely not great. They only provide room service once every three days.
