My service and experience was wonderful and pleasant. Everyone I spoke with or asked for help and asked questions too were happy to help. Stayed a couple of weeks had multiple deliveries from family and request and never was met with a hesitation. Laura, food service lady, was amazing polite and always smiled so early in the morning ready to provide the best service for the guest that she met. Best of luck to all the employees here truly not a single bad thing to say about everyone here.

We received wonderful service!! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Ms. Laura the cafeteria staff was so kind and really attentive to our need as well as others, her customer service is amazing. I was very happy to see her every morning during breakfast. The front desk staff Ms. Katrina was kind and friendly and made our stay feel great and at home. Ms. Katrina and Ms.Laura I truly appreciated your customer service was outstanding and because of that this hotel received 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have enjoyed my stay. I am very impressed with management (Katrina Adams-Assistant General Manager and Aria Williams-Sales Manager). I had an issue when I arrived but, Katrina made sure that the issue was resolved. She came in on her day off to make sure that things were taken care of as they should have been and she made sure that I was taken care of. The hotel is extremely clean and quiet which is a plus and, it is centrally located where there is shopping and restaurants. I have tried many different hotels on my visits to the Dallas area. I have finally found my home away from home!! Don't forget to ask for Katrina or Aria.

had an extending stay while my home was being worked on and the hotel provided great accommodations while here. The woman in the buffet area was really nice and helpful during breakfast.

The level of service, care, and attention we have received here has been outstanding. Laura keeps the breakfast area fresh, clean, and well-stocked. She is very attentive, kind, and hospitable. The housekeeping staff and manager are friendly and accommodating, and they do a great job. The personal service we experienced from Stephanie, as well. Just everything and everyone has been perfect. We were going to stay in an airB&B, but there was an issue with our rental. I couldn't be more grateful that we unexpectedly ended up staying at Towneplace Suites.
There is a cozy relaxing outdoor space with plenty of chairs and nice evening lighting. We have seen many people use the gas grill and fire pit, and I saw that grilling tools are available for guests to use. They have a doggy cleanup station for you to pick up after your pet. The landscaping and grounds are well-kept, and they've done a good job separating it from the highway so it doesn't feel as close as it is. There is a well maintained pool with plenty of seating, as well.
I was pleased to see our room has a dishwasher. There is plenty of storage in the kitchenette, and it is stocked with cooking tools, dishes, and utensils. There is also a laundry room on-site , which has been really convenient.
We would recommend this hotel to others and will absolutely stay here again next time we are in town.

We had a wonderful experience and the breakfast was delicious every morning. There were so many choices. Laura was very delightful every morning and helped us with anything needed.
