Un endroit charmant pour un séjour doux en famille
Pros:

Tout : la chambre était charmante et pratique, avec une très belle vue. Le personnel était attentionné, présent et discret. Les espaces collectifs étaient orientés vers le lac et accueillants. Le soir de notre arrivée le monsieur de l'accueil nous a guidés en scooter vers l'endroit où dansent les lucioles pour que nous soyons surs de ne pas les manquer. Que c'était beau!

Kind staffs and relaxing ambiance
Pros:

We had a pleasant stay overall, with a few things worth noting for future travelers. The hotel’s location is great if you have a car, especially during rainy days, as it makes getting around much more convenient. On sunny or dry days, it’s still manageable without a car since there’s a bus stop at the foot of the hill leading down to the Sun Moon Lake area.
Unfortunately, it rained heavily throughout our stay, which made getting in and out a bit inconvenient at times. That said, the experience was truly saved by the incredible staff. A special thank you to Nelly and Tom, who went above and beyond by personally driving us into the downtown Sun Moon Lake area so we could get food and even catch the boat tour. Their kindness and effort made a huge difference and turned our stay around.
The hotel itself has a very relaxing and peaceful ambiance—perfect for unwinding. Breakfast was okay, not particularly memorable, but decent enough to start the day.
Overall, despite the weather challenges, the exceptional service and calming atmosphere made our stay worthwhile.

很棒的住宿體驗
Pros:

家庭房的兩張雙人床是Queen size 的，還放的下一張娃娃床，空間還是很大！房間真的很寬敞，不影響動線。一樓大廳有親子遊樂區，讓小孩打發時間，還有一隻超可愛的貓咪

Cons:

周遭沒有別的商店，晚上肚子餓需要開車去買東西。但對我們開車前往的遊客來說不影響。如果是搭車的話可能有點不方便

房間蚊子很多，半夜起來3次打蚊子。房間有附電蚊拍與電蚊香，但不確定家人是否會不喜歡電蚊香的味道或過敏，所以沒用。
