Pros:

Great placement in the town. Close to all amenities. Clean and well presented.

Cons:

Pillows all very big. Need a flatter option. Could use a few hooks on the back of the bathroom door to hang wet towels. Also needed a towel rail in toilet. Otherwise all good

Excellent pub accommodation.
Pros:

Excellent location for walking around Richmond. Surprisingly quiet even being in the Main Street. Off street parking. Comfy bed and huge bathroom with accessible shower. Spotlessly clean. Perfect for a couple of night’s stay. Also a very nice dinner in the adjoining pub.

Located in the middle of the township which enabled easy access to cafes and attractions.

Our self contained accommodation is quite new and is still in an excellent condition. The bed was very comfortable, used quality linen and thick bath towels.

The hotel itself is a replica of an old English pub, staff were very friendly and our evening meal was delicious.

We certainly could recommend this establishment.

Cons:

There were 15 rather steep steps to the first floor (no lift)

Pros:

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with all the comforts you could need.

Missed coffee facility in room.
Pros:

Location was great, staff where good.

Cons:

Shared bathroom, no soap dish or anything in shower for products. Not easy to regulate, hot then cold. Bathroom facilities where very clean but lacking comfort. TV was small & no stations. No kettle or tea & coffee in room. Sadly missed.
