Staff were great and the meals were good

Cons:

The rooms were very different to each other and it was hard to distinguish from the booking.com site which room you were booking. There was no mention of stairs to navigate as far as I could tell

We enjoyed staying in an historic building. We would return.
Pros:

We liked the meal. The two bedroom apartment was very clean. All linen was good quality and the beds were comfy. The location was central. Staff were friendly. Highly recommend.

We spent one night in Richmond and the accommodation at the Richmond Arms hotel was very comfortable and convenient. The accommodation had a kettle, toaster and crockery and cutlery so we were able to have our breakfast there in the morning. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good pressure. We had dinner in the hotel that night and it was absolutely delicious food. We would highly recommend staying at the Richmond Arms Hotel

Renovated ensuite rooms out back of hotel were fantastic. Close to town for easy walking to all amenities.
Pros:

Stayed in renovated stables out back very good. In centre of town, had own ensuite and good at the pub was good. Free on site parking.

Nil.

Pros:

Quirky and clean room. The toiletries and quality towels were a nice addition. Great comfortable bed. Just a few steps away from the hotel.
