La struttura è nel centro della città, sulla strada principale. tutta la struttura è tenuta molto bene
Occorre migliorare la comunicazione relativa al parcheggio, occorre indicare che non è un'alternativa ma ooccorre entrare dal parcheggio da loro indicato che comunica direttamente con l'ingresso della struttura e ha anche uno sconto. Il bagno è tenuto bene e moderno ma è progettato male: gli spazi sono angusti e per dove è previsto che vengano messi gli asciugamani o si sporcano o si bagnano.

Ubicación,limpieza, tamaño habitación, diseño de la habitación, el desayuno buffet ( gran variedad , buenos productos y muy bien presentado todo).

Hotel s nepříjemnou recepcí, nesdílnou s pocitem, že je host otravuje tím, že dorazil.
Pokoj průměrný s příšernou matrací a postelí ze které jsem měl v noci pocit, že spadnu.
Nevyspal jsem se a za ty peníze to nestálo.
Hotel bez duše. Bez zájmu o hosta.
Když to porovnám s úrovní hotelů v Česku, Insbruck a tento hotel velké zklamání.
Rozhodně se sem již nevrátím.

Das Personal war sehr nett; vor allem an der Bar und die Lage
Die Bade Schiebetür hat leider nicht funktioniert. Wir haben es an der Rezeption gesagt. Aber es wurde nicht repariert.
Perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt; Man kann das Auto in der Tiefgarage lassen, alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar.
Das Hotelzimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet. Personal war sehr freundlich
El hotel es espectacular, cuenta con spa incluido en la planta 6. Ademas si llegas antes de tu hora te permiten dejar tus cosas en unas taquillas que tienen y luego vas a recogerlas sin problema. La habitación era muy amplia, espaciosa y muy limpia. Tienen incorporados gel y crema corporal para utilizar en la ducha que huele genial. Nada de ruidos y todo super cómodo, con muy buena ubicación.
