Tolles Frühstück, perfekte Lage – mit kleinen Abstrichen beim Service

Das Frühstück war ein absolutes Highlight – eine riesige, abwechslungsreiche Auswahl, die eher an einen gehobenen Brunch erinnert als an ein typisches Hotelfrühstück. Selten so ein beeindruckendes Angebot erlebt.

Die Lage ist kaum zu toppen: direkt an der Innsbrucker Fußgängerzone, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Das Parkhaus liegt praktischerweise direkt unter dem Hotel.

Das Zimmer war angenehm ruhig und der Ausblick auf die Nordkette wirklich beeindruckend. Die Hotelbar ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet eine tolle Auswahl an Getränken und Cocktails.

Cons:

Beim Check-in gab es längere Wartezeiten: beide Mitarbeiter kümmerten sich gleichzeitig ausschließlich um eine größere Gruppe, während andere Gäste unbeachtet warteten. Der vorab absolvierte Online-Check-in brachte leider kaum Zeitersparnis – hier wäre mehr Aufmerksamkeit für alle Gäste wünschenswert.

Das Zimmer wirkte in der Realität merklich kleiner als auf den Fotos. Für Paare mit mehr Gepäck: es gibt zwar Hängemöglichkeiten, aber keine Schubladen oder klassische Kommode – was vor allem meiner Begleiterin fehlte.

Am ersten Abend in der Hotelbar mussten wir als Hotelgäste länger auf einen Sitzplatz warten. Die Bar war sehr voll und man wurde nicht aktiv um einen Platz bemüht – für Hotelgäste wäre eine gewisse Priorität wünschenswert.

Great location and very nice room
Pros:

Very nice hotel in the heart of the city. We had the family room which advertised a curtain that could be drawn to separate the bunk beds. We didn't have that , but it wasn't a big deal. Nice size room, especially given the location. We bought breakfast one morning and it was very expensive. It was a nice breakfast , but I don't think worth how expensive it was. Overall I would stay at this hotel again.

Rude ladies at the reception, they deducted more money from my credit card later after checking out ! For a minor spot of cleaning! I’ll not recommend it to any one and I’ll not stay at the property again ..racist & rude staff 😡

Pros:

Location was very good with easy access to metro and shops. Clean and comfy room. Breakfast was good.
When I requested an electric kettle they provided it immediately and the hotel had self service laundryroom which was fantastic!

No view just a wall
Bathroom has no door which is a minus point
