Отличное расположение - в центре набережной, рядом исторические объекты. Номера простые, все чисто. На 8-м этаже панорамный ресторан. Завтрак не сильно впечатлил, где-то на "4-". В целом рекомендую.

Отличное расположение, на набережной. Вид из окна замечательный.
Вполне приличный завтрак, вкусный и никто не остается голодным.
Номер немного "уставший", не критично, но...

Когда-то лучший отель города. Идеальное расположение. Достаточно вышколенный и услужливый персонал, но который, как настоящие поморы, не улыбаются. Еще бы обновить косметику и чуть осовременить, но будут другие цены. Из улучшений - вернули систему нормального шведского стола на завтрак (но не берите сыр и сосиски!), и убрали пост охранника из лобби.

Доброго времени суток. Пожалуйста, пришлите мне электронную квитанцию об оплате в 3600 (три тысячи шестьсот рублей)в максимально объективном формате для предоставления бухгалтерии. Так как оплата была преждевременной, то чек предоставлен не был. Только справка о проживании с 15 го на 16 ое января на фамилию Аведова Д.С.

Hotellin sijainti rantabulevardilla erinomainen, toiseen suuntaan kivenheitto hallintorakennuksiin. Museossa oli näyttely Talvisodasta ilman mainintaa Kuusisen hallituksesta.

Old and worn, no AC, our room was well above 35 degrees all night, had to pay from home a bottle of water from minibar which turned out to be a hassle with sending credit card details in mail, everything was just difficult. There are better ones around...

The reception is very aloe and the check in and the payment takes forever. The rooms where Good ,but the best thing was the souvenir shop, with Good and cheap wooden hand crafted souvenirs, like spoons and small bidra.

L'établissement semble ne pas se conformer aux règles de l'hôtellerie ou même aux lois locales. Pas d'enseigne ni d'indication si ce n'est le numéro 26. Le paiement se fait en cash dès l'arrivée. L'établissement sert de dortoir à des travailleurs étrangers (sans doute non régularisés). Il se trouve dans un endroit louche et très compliqué d'accès (beaucoup de terrains vagues).

В общем и целом пребывание в отеле оставило положительное впечатление. Очень приветливая девушка-администратор встретила в день заезда. Заселили на два часа раньше, что было кстати, так как на улице было весьма холодно для прогулки. В номере есть все необходимое. Чисто и комфортно. На следующее утро принесли завтрак в номер, который входил в стоимость проживания. Все вкусно и всего достаточно. Конечно, немного морально устарела мебель, но это не критично. Местоположение идеальное: до всех достопримечательностей рукой подать. Вид из номера на Северную Двину добавил красок к пребыванию, особенно в период белых ночей. На 8 этаже неплохой видовой бар. Спортзалом и сауной не воспользовался, но предложение данных услуг было приятным бонусом. Встреча в аэропорту, как и сам заказ этой услуги, прошла отлично. Спасибо за приятное время, проведенное в отеле.

I stayed here 4 nights, the hotel is a basic and honest 3 star, I think they list 4 stars but I do not see the 4th star....
the hotel has basic clean rooms, basic breakfast and a quite nice restaurant on the 8th floor.
staff can speak basic English, enough for communication, I have to say that internet was very good, very fast and reliable, better than most hotels.
I cannot complain, price is very reasonabl

I had one night in this hotel. Rooms are old style but clean, lobby and reception as well. But personal is very polite and kind. Just one thing that they have to make some renovation in the rooms and general areas. Also safe is not electronic, old style as Hotel itself. They need to change ASAP.
It was quite place.

If you stay in Arkhangelsk I recommend Pur Navolok hotel. Really good room. Clean and tidy. Receptionists speak excellent english. Breakfast is very good. Bad coffee is a small minus but tea is good. Wifi works everywhere in the hotel. Great view from the panorama restaurant at the top floor. I enjoyed my stay.

Of the hotels in Arkhangelsk, this one is your best option. The rooms are clean, there is a decent restaurant, bar and coffee kiosk. The staff are professional and attentive. The common areas of the property are modern and relatively nice. Spotty wireless. The rooms have the feel of a college dormitory - somewhere between the level of a Motel 6 and Econo-Lodge, but are clean and serviceable.

The best part about this hotel is that the rooms are clean. But thats just about it. All the employees constantly look like they hate their lives.

The restaurants are so bad you just want to laugh. If you are eating more than one course, all the courses will literally be on your table within five minutes regardless of how fast you eat.

Additionally, the hotel needed my passport for registration (common in russia) and when I went to pick it up kt was just laying around on the desk of the reception and not in a safe like it should be.

I have no idea how this hotel has a 4-star rating. I would give 0/5 if I could.

First of all checking at reception takes toooooo long...
For three of us it took almost 20+ minutes.
Second, due to flight delay we were asking for rooms for four hours, and hotel reject to provide us with rooms for half price (they claim we hire rooms during wrong hours interval). Not really customer friendly, but since the was no option for us we decide to stay for full price.
Rooms are quite spacy, but no conditioner just fan. Clean.
Doors are rather thin, so you can hear everything in the corridor, but not many people were at that day in hotel, so it was ok.
Hotel has bar with nice view on the top floor, but that was all. At the time we arrive (9pm) beer was almost over, deserts was almost over too. But it was possible to order some food.
Price to quality ratio was up to expectation, but nothing remarkable.
In the best of the world it will be strong 3 star hotel, with nice location, but still i would do something to speed up receptionists... :-)

Clean rooms, nice view to Dvina river. Fair breakfast, pancakes ++, ugly coffee, otherwise enough selection. Top floor restaurant in 9th floor with extensive selection, both international and Russian classics. Steak was very welldone. Very good restaurant Barollo in next building.
