My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The staff is world-class friendly, professional, and always ready to help at any moment. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, while the comfort and overall atmosphere are at the very top level. One of the highlights is the phenomenal view of the Old Bridge in Mostar, which makes the experience even more special. The breakfast was also very good, with great quality and a nice variety of options. Overall, it is clear that the owner has done an outstanding job creating a hotel that deserves every bit of praise.

Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Schritte von der Altstadt entfernt. Ich erhielt ein sehr schönes Zimmer, ein kostenloses Upgrade. Wenn es warm ist, ist die Terrasse sicherlich ein wunderbarer Aufenthaltsort.

Very good location and great staff, but with minor issues in room
Pros:

The location was great and the staff was amazing - very friendly and helpful. They gave us a free upgrade so that we could check in very early, and they were very receptive to feedback on the room (see below).

The upgraded room was a good-sized apartment with a living room. The living room was very comfortable, had a large TV and a desk. The bedroom was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

There were issues with the apartment, which is why we can't give this a higher score. We understand the apartment was renovated recently, and there are things that are missing or not working properly. The bathroom floor doesn't slope towards the drain, so it floods badly when you shower. The toilet seat was a bit too high for us (we are 1.65-1.70cm tall), and the window was difficult to open. The bedroom door doesn't close as the threshold is too high, and there are no nightstands. Also, the flat doesn't have a view, as the windows face a neighbouring property (a brick wall a few centimetres away).

Centrally located, good value for money friendly hotel.
Pros:

Great location near old bridge, clean and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. The room itself was good value for money. Tasty breakfast, if expensive at 15 euros.

Cons:

Wi-fi didn’t work in the room - kept dropping out: That was for2 of us so not just my phone. TV didn’t work and hot water in the morning was limited.

It was a worthy stay
Pros:

Sinan Han is an exceptional place to stay in Mostar. The location is excellent, only a short walk from the Old Bridge, which makes it very convenient for exploring the historic center while still offering a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere, for guests who want to relax after exploring the city.

The rooms and apartments are modern, very clean, and thoughtfully designed. Each unit is well equipped, and the attention to detail makes the stay feel both comfortable and welcoming. The facilities are excellent, and having a kitchen and private parking is a great advantage.

The breakfast is fresh, delicious, and well prepared, offering a great start to the day. The Wi-Fi connection is also very reliable and fast, which is important for both leisure and business travelers.

What truly makes this place special is the hospitality. The hosts are extremely kind, welcoming, and professional, always ready to assist and ensure that guests have a pleasant stay. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is evident in every aspect.

I highly recommend Sinan Han to anyone visiting Mostar who is looking for comfort, quality, and genuine hospitality in a perfect location. It is certainly a place worth returning to.

We got upgraded to the apartment so I do not review the room I booked :)

The room was big had almost everything needed.

We got a lot for the money spent. We also used a tour by the hotel which was good and informative.

The hotel is central but not on a busy street so no noise pollution. You do walk to most places easily.

We did not eat breakfeast at the hotel nor spend time at their terrace so cant comment it.

Cons:

The apartment lacked a safe, so we stored our passport with the hotel.

There were no bedside tables next to the bed even though room for it.

The bathroom lacks spots to hang your towels, there was only one place that fits one towel.

Though I suspect these will be fixed since I understood these apartments were recently renovated which you could see that everything looke new.
