J'ai passé un agréable séjour à Mostar, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait à deux pas du vieux Pont stari mostar, l'équipe de l'hôtel est super gentille, à l'écoute et très serviable, et puis rien à dire sur la propreté des lieux.
La habitación es super amplia, con una sala, habitación y baño. Las camas es grande y súper cómoda. A tan sólo 10 minutos del centro.
El desayuno Bosnio te lo sirven ellos en un precioso comedor y muy bueno.
El personal muy cercano.
Todo esta súper limpio

Great location. Staff were lovely and really keen to help us enjoy our stay. Prompt communication via WhatsApp helped planning. Parking next door for extra 15 euro per night.
Hot water intermittent, some need for maintenance (bedside lights not working, shelves sloping so things fell off).
Breakfast was incredible. The staff was amazing and so helpful. Also the view from the terrace on top was great and the hotel is in a very good location at a pretty short walk to the famous Old Mostar Bridge
La locacion es fantastica! Cerca del old bridge, cerca de un supermercado, farmacia, uno de los puentes, a pocos minutos de las principales atracciones..
En los dias en donde nos hospedamos, una de esas noches, hubo una celebracion de un equipo de futbol. Habian muchas personas caminando por esa calle, y se podia escuchar todo, incluso escuchamos todo lo qué pasaba en la calle en las siguientes noches, no descansamos apropiadamente debido al ruido
The location is perfect, 5 minutes from the main attractions in the old city; the staff is so wonderful. It was very hot outside, we found a good refuge in the room. Parking is expensive because of the location but worth it; very local breakfast which is a really nice change and the staff made an effort for my vegan husband.

Location is steps from old town. Hotel has been renovated, so it looks new. Staff are wonderful.
No elevator, so it will be hard if you have heavy luggage

Great location, walking distance to Mostar bridge. Customer service is great. Very nice people. We were able to check in earlier than our check in time. I would stay there again if I go back.
Location, good breakfast and friendly staff.
I just don’t understand why they don’t service the rooms. I’ve stayed for three days and not once have they made the bed or cleaned the room. The only thing they done was give me fresh towels.
The property is in the perfect location for a stay in Mostar. 2/3 mins walk from the old bridge and the lovely old city bazaars.
It’s a family run hotel and the hosts were great and are always looking to assist where they can. Make sure you try the complimentary Bosnian Coffee!!

The staff were friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. The location was great.
The room with terrace right at the top of hotel Sinan Han, was decorated nicely and bed was comfy but the room is ridiculously small. Hardly any space to walk around the bed. The room is just too small. Had to walk sideways to get through. There was one hanger in an open wardrobe that you had to dodge to walk past. The bathroom is tiny. You cannot even open the door fully to get in. No proper hooks on the wall to hang clothes or towels. No douche. A sign to say wait 2 minutes for hot water to come through. You can't even sit on the toilet comfortably. It was not worth the price paid. The terrace directly outside the room was not private and other guests were sitting there on occasion, so we had to keep the curtains drawn for privacy. The listing pics and description need to more accurate especially actual pictures of the bathroom because it really spoilt the experience. We were offered another room but that smelt off so we didn't take it. We were offered a partial refund but to be honest it really should have been much more as it was premium price. We had an apartment booked with the hotel for our last night and that was much better and I would recommend that. Spacious and worth it. Book their apartment. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated.
