Pros:

Central location in the heart of the old town, but still a quiet street.
A few minutes from the beach under the bridge, which was a very pleasant spot to sit at in the evenings.
Huge room, good air conditioning, amazing Turkish breakfast and very friendly and welcoming staff!

Super location and staff. I’d stay again next time. Mostar is such a gem.
Pros:

The location was perfect… just 5 minutes to old town… everything was close by. Very helpful staff. And really good coffee.. always a bonus.

Good location, spacious apartment
Pros:

We booked an apartment as there were no rooms available. We were pleasantly surprised as we've never booked an apartment before. It was very spacious with a separate large bedroom and a separate spacious living/cooking area. We were very comfortable and were able to easily cook breakfast and dinner when we didn't want to eat out.

One of the days the TV wasn't working and on calling reception, they sent someone to sort it out within minutes.

The hotel is very close to all of the attractions and restaurants so is situated in a good location and there is a supermarket a couple of minutes up the road.

We had to check out a day early due to unforeseen reasons and upon asking a discount on the extra day booking was provided which we really appreciated. All in all a good stay.

Cons:

The bathroom shower was a bit of a problem as the water does spill forward but that's more to do with the design of the shower cubicle.

Lovely, I will definitely return one day
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location with a 2 minute walk to the Bridge. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was lovely and the bed and pillows were very comfy. I will definitely return.

Pros:

Exceptional staff everyone is very helpful and welcoming. The roof terrace is beautiful. Easy walk to Old Town. I would recommend and stay again

Cons:

Parking is on the street but easily accessible, or can use the lot next door for +5€

Pros:

Incredible location and view from the top fo the building. Super convenient to explore the city. The owner and staff are amazing, friendly, and accomodating. 5 stars all around!

Cons:

The only thing that could have been better is the bedding.

The staff was very welcoming, the room (superior luxurary apartment was super - clean and very comfortable, with a super air conditioner). The absolute best was the lovely, freshly made to order breakfast. Would highly recommend both the hotel and breakfast! Thank you for the stay!
