The view from the terrace and the little tower on top is amazing, the location is great, the parking is immediately next to it, the staff is lovely

Cons:

The room and bathroom were a bit small, our room was not cleaned one day (it might have been because we were inside from 12:00 to 13:30 though), the parking is not paid to the hotel but to some guy next doors who also charges 5 KM more if the car is left overnight

Pros:

Dicht bij de brug, centraal gelegen

Cons:

Prijs en kwaliteit verhouding is niet normaal, kamers zijn klein. Terras is gedeeld. Parkeerplek was vol, moesten we ergens anders parkeren.

Very modern and breezy stay at Sinan Han.
Pros:

The location, the room is very modern and the staff were very helpful

Cons:

There is no way to separate the shower floor from the rest of the floor of the bathroom. Also, hot water wasn’t working both times I had a shower

Todos los encargados de la recepción y cafeteria muy seeviciales y amables. También tienen un servicio de coche con conductor (fenomenal), que nos facilitó el viaje. Muy bien situado. Lo recomiendo sin duda.

Outstanding Hospitality & Incredible Value for Money!
Pros:

Hotel Sinan Han exceeded all of our expectations. The location is perfect, just a minute's walk from the Old Bridge, making it easy to explore the beautiful Old Town while still enjoying a peaceful stay.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a great selection to start the day.

What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional hospitality. The owners and staff are genuinely warm, friendly, and always willing to help. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and gave us excellent local recommendations.

The hotel also offers excellent value for money. The quality of the accommodation, service, and location is outstanding for the price, making it one of the best places to stay in Mostar.

We highly recommend Hotel Sinan Han to anyone visiting Mostar and will definitely return on our next trip!

Otel personeli cok guler yuzlu ve sevecen. Rezervasyon sirasindaki soruna sebep olan kisi haric diger personele tesekkur ederiz.

Rezervasyon akabinde; cocuklarla seyahat ettigimizi, ara kapisi olan birlesen 2 oda talep ettigimizi yazdim, mevcut olup olmadigini 2 defa sordum ve her ikisinde de evet cevabi aldim ancak otele vardigimizda ara kapisi olan birlesen odalarinin olmadigini soylediler, iki bagimsiz oda vermeyi teklif ettiler. Emniyetli bulmadigimiz icin tek odaya sigmaya calismak zorunda kaldik. Seyahatimizin tek sorunlu kismi haline geldi ve konaklama konforu kalmadi.
