Terrible, stay away from these fraudsters

We booked this hotel and a day before our arrival, the hotel sent us a message that the reception will be closed on our arrival date and that we should use the backdoor and enter a PIN to access our room key.

When we arrived at the hotel, we did as the hotel had instructed. The first red flag was that the backdoor was not locking. We went through the corridor (with dirty carpets) to the 2nd floor where our room was located. On entering our room, the room door couldn't close as well, the toilet was dark and dirty. The linen on the bed was stained and the room had a bad smell.

We decided to leave the hotel immediately because it was not safe since we had kids. We returned the key to the locker and booked another hotel that night.

We contacted the hotel for a refund of our money but they refused to refund the money saying that the booking was non-refundable. We are now trying to get the refund through booking.com.

The hotel is run down and looks like a temporary shelter. Please stay away from this hotel / shelter.

Praticamente eravamo al 3 piano e tutta la notte si sentiva l’ascensore qunado andava su o giù , come una forte vibrazione in camera , praticamente non ho dormito tutta la notte!!!

Excellent room! It was very comfortable, quiet, and extremely clean, with great air conditioning, The staff was very polite and the key pickup process was very easy. The property is in a very good location, and is very budget-friendly.
